Episode 412, The Andrew Parker Show – Is the World about to create yet another Terrorist State?
In Episode 412 of The Andrew Parker Show, Andrew delivers a hard-hitting analysis of the escalating conflict in the Middle East, exposing the dangerous realities behind calls for a Palestinian state in the wake of Hamas’s October 7 atrocities.
From the moral clarity required to confront terrorism to the global misinformation campaigns shaping public opinion, Andrew examines:
- Why Hamas openly vows to repeat October 7 “again and again”—and what that means for Israel’s survival.
- The failure of Western media and political leaders to acknowledge Hamas’s rejection of multiple peace deals.
- How aid to Gaza is being hijacked by Hamas and weaponized against civilians.
- Why recognizing a Palestinian state now could embolden terrorism rather than create peace.
- Israel’s new military strategy for unconditional surrender in Gaza—and why it matters for the future of the region.
Andrew also draws historical parallels—from World War II’s demand for unconditional surrender to Hezbollah’s rearmament after false ceasefire promises—to explain why Israel cannot afford to repeat past mistakes.
This episode challenges conventional narratives, calling for truth over propaganda, moral courage over appeasement, and unwavering support for Israel’s right to exist and defend itself.
Listen now to understand what’s really at stake in this defining moment for Israel, the Middle East, and the free world.

Episode 412
Andrew Parker (00:02)
Welcome to another episode of the Andrew Parker show. And where every episode we talk politics is real. And the law. And our last episode, number 411, this episode is 412, was about the morally bankrupt in talking about really what's at the cutting edge.
of the battle, the war of civilizations that certainly didn't start on 9-11, but it woke people up to the fact that this was a war. A war for the minds and hearts of
freedom loving people.
and whether or not they could maintain a moral compass.
pointing straight to morality with clarity or whether it would get fogged against the evil onslaught that is coming our way. Since 9-11, and again, it has happened over the millennia, but since 9-11 it has ⁓ accentuated, it has not gone away.
fighting against this evil must fight with clarity and must fight to the end as this is the final war potentially.
And Israel understands that.
They cannot nor will they continue to live with a gun to their head held by their neighbors. They have made peace with several.
But what occurred on October 7th reminded everyone, not just in Israel, but around the world.
of the dangers.
that exists for the Jewish state, the single, the lone Jewish state.
The land as it's called, capital L land.
has been Jewish land for the millennia, many, many, many hundreds of years, thousands of years.
and with those who would do what occurred on October 7th.
Jewish babies, kids, youth, parents, grandparents.
No government can allow that to ever happen again.
and the Israeli government certainly won't.
and the trauma that has occurred, the sadness that has occurred.
by having to carry out what the Israeli government must do to protect the country.
is really horrific, having to make such difficult decisions. There are hostages still being held. They are not being held by Israel. They are being held by Hamas in the tunnels.
And I don't know if you saw this week the video.
of one of the hostages. He was frail, emaciated, really. The video saw him pleading for his life as the video was being taken by his Hamas captors.
these evil people who would do such a thing.
and they had him digging in the tunnels, digging his own grave as he was begging for his life.
and they put this video out for the purpose of psychological torture but also
to add fuel to the fire of those protesting and demanding that Israel goes in and gets the hostages, gets them out, whatever the cost, whatever the deal might require with Hamas, get them out.
And how can you say, well, we will do everything we possibly can, but we will not do a deal.
that threatens the existence of the State of Israel or threatens that another October 7 is going to occur. No government would do that and they shouldn't do that. They shouldn't reward Hamas for its heinous Nazi-like acts. No government should ever.
not during World War II when unconditional surrender was required by the world.
by the allied.
forces.
just as unconditional surrender must be required today.
in Gaza.
just to underscore what Israel is dealing with and what the media in this country has no clue about and lies about, as well as media around the world.
repeatedly lies shifts headlines to
have an emotion against the state of Israel for the reader.
But so that we do not forget, let me underscore what occurred also this week in an interview with Al Jazeera.
the Qatari platform of propaganda that runs throughout the Arab world and is picked up in the West as well. Virulently anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish, anti-Israel.
but more importantly, blatantly lies about conditions and facts on the ground.
So why would I report about their coverage? Well, because they were getting a message out from Hamas. And they did it through an interview with a senior Hamas official, Ghazi Hamed.
who stated, all of us fools who didn't already understand, and ⁓ unfortunately there are many.
Many, many, in the Democratic Party, sadly, but many.
on the left in this country, institutions of higher learning, on campuses.
and in cities across the country.
There has been, as you know, an initiative by several countries, including the Arab League now, who announced this week, to recognize a Palestinian state.
Now why is it that Hamas would not do any of the peace deals that Israel has agreed to, which would have brought an end to war, which would have brought an end to the suffering of the hostages, but also of the Palestinian people in Gaza?
And five or six times Hamas has rejected deals accepted by Israel. They were not Israeli deals. They were not favorable for Israel. I can tell you many, many opposed those deals that Israel came out in support of the government of Israel.
But Hamas rejected them at every turn. Why would they do that? Well, because what they were waiting for was the recognition of a Palestinian state based on and because of what they did on October 7th. In other words, rewarding.
the heinous atrocities of October 7th, maybe guaranteeing that they occur again.
Maybe from a different launching pad, but they occur again.
As this interview with Al Jazeera went with the senior Hamas official Ghazi Hamad, he said that they cling to their weapons of resistance and they will not surrender even a single empty bullet.
The weapons will remain as long as the occupation exists.
And there is a Palestinian national consensus on this.
And he reminds everyone that this is the essence of the Palestinian issue.
He also said in an interview that the Palestinians, and you probably all remember this, but he has said it more than once, the Palestinians will redo October 7th again and again and again, 100 times.
And why would that be? Well, because they will get rewarded. They will achieve their objective. And the only way to get them to relent from that is unconditional surrender or the destruction of the state of Israel, one or the other. And the government of the state of Israel is sworn to prevent the destruction of the state.
In fact, government of any country has that as a primary priority, of course.
But certainly in Israel, with the dangerous neighborhood, as everyone talks about, dangerous neighborhood. Now, that doesn't begin to describe it.
If you look at what these people after being given Gaza, there was no occupation. There hasn't been since six. That land was given back to them, not given back. It was given to them.
after Jews had lived there and built and beautiful greenhouses and
and ⁓ infrastructure throughout Gaza. It was all torn apart when it was given, after it was received, I should say. But it was all given lock, stock, and barrel, turnkey to the Palestinians who then elected Hamas and began a terror state, culminating in October 7th.
and an arm of and a proxy of Iran.
Well, Hamas is drunk on the success.
of its campaign and the world is making it successful for them, giving them cover in the US Congress with the votes, half of the Democratic Senate voting in support of Bernie Sanders' outrageous condemnation of Israel, the victim.
But now is talk about a Palestinian state. Look at that.
Couldn't even get that on the ⁓ agenda.
Now it's going, there's going to be a Palestinian state and a lot of people who are ignorant and don't have the background, sadly, believe that to be a good thing right now. Create a Palestinian state, kind of like create Palestinian unoccupied total of independent authority in Gaza. What do they do? They create 300 miles of tunnels.
and a terrorist enclave with the intent of destroying the state of Israel and murder hundreds upon hundreds over a thousand over 1200 take hostages. Behead people, burn babies. The son, the Bebus boy, the redheaded Bebus, he would have been six years old this week.
Murdered in cold blood.
horrific.
Why not give a Palestinian state, you know?
If the Palestinians recognized the state of Israel recognized wanting to live side by side in peace.
and were prevented from doing nine ⁓ October 7th.
That might be a time for a Palestinian state, not because of an October 7, but because you have a neighbor that you can share and grow with.
And the Israelis have shown that they can do that time and time again. They have shown that they have wanted to do that with the Palestinians time and time again. It has been rejected repeatedly by the Palestinians. But now after October 7th,
The world is trying to move to create this and to reward this conduct.
Listen, if the Palestinians were ready for this, fine, but they are still paying suicide bombers, paying murderers who killed Jews.
official payments from the Palestinian Authority, not even Hamas, the Palestinian Authority.
Even when aid is cut off, if they don't end this pay for slay program, they continue it nonetheless. That is how much they are committed to it.
And Hamas takes credit for a Palestinian state being on the table, maybe a month away from what people are talking about.
They're in no mood for concessions. They're in no mood for ending a war. They are in no mood for allowing humanitarian aid to get to the people that it's intended for the millions and millions of meals that were dropped and provided millions, many millions. You don't know that. You don't see that. You don't hear that on the news.
No, they're in no mood for concessions. Why should they be? Bernie Sanders can carry their water in Congress.
Khalil, he can carry their water on campus. Just one example.
And there are, you know, there are many more. Unruh, Unruh can carry it at the UN.
Yes, this Hamas leader giving this interview believes to his core that Hamas achieved its total objectives from its actions on October 7 and won this war because the leaders of Western countries, Western Europe,
Democratic Party in the United States and the media have all gathered together to vilify the state of Israel
and to defend the evildoers that murdered and maimed.
and say they will do it again and again and again.
and their brothers in arms, the Palestinian Authority, who continue to pay for death and murder of Jews.
That is what you are supporting when you vote with Bernie Sanders.
and make a statement around the world, we do not stand with Israel, we stand with Hamas.
Now, they claim, ⁓ no, no, no, we stand with the hostages and we don't think more armaments to the state of Israel is helpful for the hostages. really? Well, just get the hostages out. Why haven't we done it? Why hasn't Hamas just rolled over and given them back to the state of Israel? No, that isn't going to happen.
They've made it clear it's not going to happen. How many times do they have to say it's not going to happen?
And because of the weak response and the undermining of the state of Israel by the Democratic Party here in the United States, why should they concede?
They shouldn't and they won't. Now of course morally they should, but they, from a tactical standpoint, why would they?
And now, in response to all of it...
Let's create a Palestinian state.
With all the propaganda that's out there, let's create a Palestinian state.
because of the occupation of the state of Israel, because there's a genocide going on, because no ceasefire occurred, because there's no humanitarian aid being provided by the evildoers in the state of Israel.
let's provide a Palestinian state. And then it'll go from a terror organization taking over like occurred in Gaza and for 18, 19 years was built up.
into a terror enclave.
and there can be no dispute or debate about that.
And now we'll have a Palestinian state, which will be.
a murderous terror state.
It's insane. It's a world gone crazy.
thinking and hoping, well, you know, we'll all get along and it'll all be fine. The Palestinians have never changed, and I call them Palestinians, I'm talking about Hamas and the Palestinian Authority. They have never changed since day one in their official position of not recognizing the state of Israel, of not agreeing to live side by side in peace, of demilitarizing, none of that.
What earns them a state next to the State of Israel?
The two-state solution is a wonderful resolution when we're ready. We meaning the world, the Palestinians, the Israelis have been ready from the beginning.
contrary to the reports.
And now Israel has come back and said, no, and the world isn't going to defend and support us. We have to do what we have to do. And that is unconditional surrender, which we wish we could do without any, without a single bullet being fired. But that's been rejected.
And so we're going to have to go in and we're going to have to occupy Gaza, a place we don't want. People read that and they say, ⁓ Israel wants more land, they're gonna take more land. They don't want it. They gave it back for nothing in return. They gave it to ⁓ Palestinians.
Now remember Gaza was never part of anything called Palestine. There, there, there was no Arab Palestinian state. Palestine was always a, at most mixed between Arab and Jew, ⁓ Muslim and Jew, but, for much of the time was, ⁓ primarily Jewish.
⁓ And then Egypt had control of Gaza. It was Egyptian. There was no hue and cry about occupation.
But when Israel had control of it, it was a whole, you know, it was called occupation. And again, Jews lived there for 20 plus years in thriving communities.
⁓ in Gaza. It was given up for nothing in return.
And now it said Israel wants a pact. They don't want it back. They want to protect their country and they therefore need to be there.
And that's been proven.
any government sitting where Bibi Netanyahu's government is sitting would see the same. Certainly.
So at the core...
You wonder why would Hamas give up the hostages? They won't. They won't ever. Netanyahu is now recognizing that and doing what really is needed to be done from the beginning.
going door to door, tunnel to tunnel.
and trying to save these hostages. It's an impossible situation because they're not going to be given up by begging for them or by protesting in Tel Aviv.
Give them whatever they want. Let them rearm.
No, State of Israel can't do that.
So the Israeli cabinet met this week.
You may be aware.
and announced this ⁓ new operation. It'll be carried out over the next several months, primarily focused on Gaza City, the last major area in Gaza controlled by
and announcing five principles to the operation.
which will bring an end to the war. One is disarm Hamas. Another is return all the hostages. Third, demilitarize Gaza. Very important. Four, establish Israeli security control in Gaza. For now, that must occur. Five, establish a new civil administration in Gaza that's not Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority. It should be neither.
⁓ But the civil administration can be governed by themselves or other Arab countries being involved.
In addition, this announcement included ⁓
additional priorities regarding humanitarian distribution sites.
and to continue the surge which has been going on now for many days of ⁓ aid into the Gaza Strip.
Again, the Israelis do not want to occupy Gaza at all.
Just so you have a sense of the humanitarian aid. Unprecedented.
unprecedented per capita humanitarian aid in the history of warfare has been provided primarily by Israel.
to, you can't say anything, but it's enemy. The civilians in Gaza are not Israel's enemy. Many of them worked in Israel, had their livelihood provided by Israel and would continue to, but they were governed by the authoritarian regime of Hamas, terror regime. ⁓ But the humanitarian aid
They've now delivered more than 112 million meals to Gazans.
112 million. This is a US and Israeli backed Gaza humanitarian foundation that has worked to deliver these. And we all know firsthand that much of this is either sitting in the sun due to failures by the UN to not deliver on the ground or stolen
by Hamas, including the murder in the streets of Palestinians by Hamas.
⁓ And Josh Gottheimer wanted to report Democrat from New Jersey and one who really does understand this issue and has from the beginning. Of course, he's been somewhat ostracized from the caucus, but he's a leader. Said we must ensure that aid can reach Gazans in need, not Hamas terrorists who continue
to steal food from innocent Palestinians. Now, despite the knowledge of that and the undeniable truth of it, you go to the legacy media in this country, you go to Reuters, you go to AP.
You go to the papers in Europe, particularly in Britain.
And they are reporting.
Civilians in Gaza are dying of starvation because of Israel.
And it is just complete falsity.
Gottheimer goes on to say, with so much misinformation, there's no better way to understand the situation than to see it first hand.
So he is in Israel, or he was, and delegations of Democratic and Republican freshman members of Congress are currently on the ground in Israel. Godheimer's not a freshman, but both those groups are on the ground. They're seeing the reality of it.
What else?
Well.
In addition to the humanitarian aid misinformation is the continuing
misinformation about.
a genocide going on in Israel.
It simply is outrageous as Israel continues to fight with the most
Moral.
rules of engagement in warfare, urban warfare, than have ever existed. And this new operation that I just was discussing, announced by Israel, will put far more Israelis at risk because of the way they are going to go about the operation.
It's horrific, it will be very difficult.
But again, the entire fight of this war over the past nearly two years.
will be for naught.
if the fire is not put out completely. It must be.
And unfortunately, Hamas is going to take much, much longer to surrender and do what it must do.
because of the conduct and action of the Democrats in the United States Congress.
by showing distance between the United States and Israel, by opposing the attempts for Israel
to disarm Hamas entirely.
And by giving cover to Hamas by announcing, well, it's not just Congress, it's Western Europe as well, certainly the Arab League, but by announcing this Palestinian statehood idea, Hamas will not stop.
And so the drumbeat of the Democratic Party and Western Europe is going to be to beat on Israel. Such that while this war may end with a ceasefire, Hamas survives. Hamas rises in power, gets more weaponry. no, we won't allow that to happen. No, we won't, that's what they say. Well, we heard that once.
many times, but once somewhat recently with Hezbollah, remember?
They took hostages, one in particular.
Across the border.
They fired on Israel. It became a ⁓ bloody war in Lebanon
and Israel was about to march on to ⁓ Beirut and Damascus.
and u n ⁓ and countries around the world said no
ceasefire and all hostilities and we will make sure that Hezbollah does not rearm with the tens of thousands over a hundred thousand rockets that were aimed at you. We will make sure they are disarmed and not rearmed. Well the opposite occurred. Hezbollah became stronger, substantially strong.
and re-armed with a multiple of rockets than what they had previously. So, no, Israel is not going to have Hamas on its border, period.
Couple of other items that I wanted to touch on.
in addition to the, just this past week's ⁓ millions of...
humanitarian aid packages drop.
⁓ There was a specific report that was put out.
by the United Nations. Nobody talks about it anymore. No, they don't. But according to the data published by the U.S.
Thousands upon thousands of pallets of aid on thousands of trucks.
have been intercepted in Gaza since May of this year.
That's just. You know, two and a half months.
and looted by Hamas.
88 % of all trucks the UN attempted to distribute in Gaza over the past two and a half months.
were intercepted. 88%.
AIDS stolen.
You know, you don't hear about that. No, it's the humanitarian aid and it's Israel's fault.
mean, crazy. First, Israel didn't want this war. Israel certainly.
did not want October 7th.
But whoever brought on October 7th, and we know who it is, must be destroyed. They must not be allowed to do what they say they are going to do again and again and again.
plainly, plainly.
⁓ In addition to the
Aid being stolen.
⁓ And the reports that have come out recently about that that are all but being ignored.
On the other hand, as I've been talking about, Palestinian statehood is being discussed.
And I want to underscore what the Ambassador to Israel from the United States, Governor Huckabee, ⁓ had to say about this this week. He was responding to recent announcements from France, the UK, and Canada.
that they intend to recognize a Palestinian state, the French, UK, and Canada. They ignore the warnings that are so clear and obvious.
the warnings that the Palestinians are nowhere near ready for a Palestinian state when they don't recognize the neighbor of that state, no matter where the specific boundaries are, right to exist.
when they continue to pay for the murder of Jews, when they continue to talk about October 7th being repeated again and again and again.
when their constitutions, their creation documents, where they talk about their purpose, includes the murder of Jews anywhere in the world.
This is who you're going to give a Palestinian state and what's the basis for that? There is none.
Huckabee said to this, the Europeans have it wrong. Somebody ought to be understanding who the bad guys are here and who the good guys are. And the Europeans have clearly missed the movie.
And while these...
great imperialistic countries, ⁓ France and the UK in particular talk about this Palestinian state. Those countries have done nothing to end Hamas's presence in Gaza.
nothing other than give them cover and support.
⁓ I don't know if you read this, Lawrence Haas, who you may know, he's a White House official.
quote this week. Worse, their words will embolden Hamas, he's talking about the French, British, and Canadians, planting the seeds for more war between Israel and Gaza and condemning the people of Gaza, the very people on whose behalf these leaders profess to speak, to more suffering, not less, from committed terrorists who care far more about killing Jews.
than enriching gazoms.
For those who see the region clearly and want to confront the very real hurdles to a two-state solution, it is hard to chalk up their pronouncements as anything but a step backwards. So these peaceniks, these peace countries, these ⁓ Vietnam War flower power.
We're all in favor of peace. We'll create some of the worst follow on war that we've ever seen.
That's what will result.
Oh, but we'll have a ceasefire. People will put down their arms and then we'll be able to talk.
Well, before you have that, if you have any hope,
of doing what occurred post World War Two up till this day, the denazification of Europe. You have any hope of it. You need a party that has
at least recognized their neighbor.
and will operate in peace. Or you must bring them to that realization.
until they surrender to the idea of real peace.
That hasn't happened. And while I am in support of a two-state solution,
depending on where that not yet created state is going to be, depending on that, I am not in support of it until...
Both parties are ready for that.
There is an article that I read this week and just to close today, I want to ⁓ comment from it.
As the world decries the state of Israel and in particular the Israeli defense forces.
There can be no question.
If by no other measure, by the measure of whether the IDF's conduct and carrying out this most difficult of wars is being studied by the experts in the institutions that study such things. And the fact is it is. It is being studied at the highest levels. Why? Because it's remarkable.
and because it is an example of when you are forced into fighting a war, you fight it.
with moral clarity, as difficult as fighting a war might be as it relates to morality at all.
There's no question that no military is more publicly condemned than the IDF.
But don't forget that in Western countries, generals, defense officials are routinely seeking Israeli briefings.
regarding strategy, tactics, as well as cooperation on training and technology.
So while in the public eye you read every day and may wring your hands over it, the attacks against the IDF behind closed doors, it's quite different.
Unfortunately, what is talked about in the public space, in the public square, has such an enormous impact on reality even when it is completely fake and false.
try to be discerning.
Try to understand the twisting of words to gain an emotion against.

It's nothing short of anti-Semitic as it's a double standard against the Jewish state.
The state of Israel is not going anywhere, nor should it.
