The Main Thing - Luke 10:25 - 11:13

There is a famous saying that states, "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing." It is important in life to keep the most important things in the place of utmost importance in our priorities. But how do we determine what is most important and, if we can make that determination, how do we keep that thing our highest priority? This sermon looks at Luke 10:25 - 11:13. In this passage we see Jesus interacting with an expert on the Old Testament Law, a pair of sisters, and his disciples. In each of these three encounters there is an emphasis on what is most important. I pray that this passage challenges us to make sure that we keep God as the main thing in our lives.
