Nomads Giving Back ~ Tarek Kholoussy
Years ago, Tarek Khaloussy made the decision to leave behind the career he'd built in New York City in search of a more meaningful life. Since then he's traveled to over 100 countries, ran over 25 marathons on multiple continents, and founded Nomads Giving Back – a social enterprise with the vision to inspire nomads, ex-pats, and travelers to give back to the communities they call home.
In this conversation we discuss:
- The series of wake-up calls that caused Tarek to leave his corporate career behind and begin traveling
- Whether the digital nomad movement is good for the world
- The problems Tarek sees with the digital nomad movement
- How digital nomadism could become a force for good
- "Taking off the training wheels" as a digital nomad
- The future of digital nomadism
