Sugar is not a health food yet I often hear people alter recipes with honey or maple syrup like adding in those "natural" sugars suddenly make brownies healthy. In this episode, we breakdown sugar, what is glucose vs fructose, glycemic index and answer the question "Is maple syrup and honey healthy?".
