NOTE: While many are familiar with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder, winter) Reverse SAD (summer) these are forms of depression and need the attention of medical and mental health professionals.
In this episode, we are discussing the seasonal blues. While the symptoms may be similar, the blues do not affect your ability to enjoy life. If at any point you feel as though the seasons are affecting your ability to enjoy your life please contact a mental health professional.
