Edward Rodarte's journey from the streets of Compton to becoming a prominent figure in politics and corporate America showcases resilience and transformation. Growing up in Compton, Edward faced bullying and sought belonging in street gangs. Overcoming these challenges, he pursued a career in politics, becoming the youngest mayor and councilman in La Puente. Later, he transitioned into the corporate world, facing new challenges as a young father. His experiences inspired him to help fathers heal their relationships with their children through his podcast, "Fatherhood Voices."
