As we enter into the month-and-a-half-long holiday season, many people feel stress, anxiety, and pressure to do all the things. In this episode, I share three “superpowers" that you— as a conscious being in this human experience—can employ to support you to not only get through but enjoy this holiday season. These are simple tools that, when practiced with intention and patience, can help you navigate the family drama, expectations, and pressure to be everywhere and everything to all of your loved ones. Breathe deep and remember, we’re here to be a loving force in this chaotic world.
