Have you ever found yourself saying yes to something and then regretted it afterward? Do you have trouble discerning when to say No versus doing something out of some form of people-pleasing? We've all been in the position where we're torn between saying yes or no because of social or even internal pressure.  It is now more important than ever that we have clear energetic boundaries. When we have healthy boundaries, we can take care of our own needs so that we have the means and energy to fulfill the needs of others if it is in alignment for us. In this episode, I give some recent examples in my life where I said no to something and how those clear boundaries empowered me to rest, relax, and still show up for what I was actually required to do. Making others happy is not a requirement. You don't have to jump at every opportunity, make yourself available to others all the time, or even do all of the things you "normally" do. Our energetic needs are changing rapidly with the Cosmos and as our culture shifts given these changing social expectations, it is important to tune in and listen to yourself daily. What felt in alignment yesterday may not be today and vice versa. Give yourself—and others—the freedom to do what you feel called to do, not what you are feeling obligated to do.
