Episode 12
Seattle Pacific University's longtime gymnastics coach Laurel Tindall '75 recently retired after 46 years of coaching. She is nationally recognized as a champion of her sport. Her teams have won three national championships, her gymnasts have taken 31 individual titles, and in 2003 she was honored as national coach of the year for the fourth time. Perhaps the most impressive run of success was Seattle Pacific's 20 consecutive top-four national finishes from between 1984 to 2003. In this episode, Tindall shares how gymnastics shaped her life from the time she was a young girl to the time she retired.
