Before earning his doctorate Dr. Dennis Rowe earned a Masters of Education in Counseling from Boston University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Washington University.  He is a 1973 graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point and the founder of the SAT and ACT Score Improvement Program.  Dr. Rowe is also the 2005 recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year Award for Professional Achievement in Industry.

In today’s episode find out how an opportunity Dr. Rowe had in junior high enabled him to do things a bit differently in life than most of his peers where he grew up in inner city Philadelphia.
