Today's guest, Dr. Jean Marie Wilson is an adjunct professor who instructs and tutors statistics and psychology the community college and graduate school levels.

Dr. Wilson earned her PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in cognition and instruction in 2018 from Grand Canyon University.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's in Social Research.

In this episode, Dr. Wilson shares how she came to delete the phrase "I can't" from her vocabulary.    She also shares her views regarding the importance of students seeking help when they are struggling.
