Not because she lacks ability. Not because she lacks faith.
But because she's been DOING before she's been BEING. Performing a version of herself built from other people's expectations, the pressure to perform and other people's definitions of who they think she ought to be - rather than leading from the truest, deepest knowing of who she actually is in Christ.

I'm Trish Jones - voice and identity coach, speaker, author of Unleashing the Hidden Power of Your Voice, and founder of the IW Unleashed community.
For over two decades I've worked with influential women - in corporate, in business and in ministry - helping them reclaim the voice that got buried under responsibility, comparison and the relentless pressure to perform.

The deeper your identity, the more authentic your influence. The more authentic your influence, the greater the impact you make in the lives of others. Which sends you back deeper into who you are.
This journey never ends - it only deepens - because you were known before you were born and you were sent before you said yes to your assignment.
The abundant life God prepared for you was never something you were supposed to chase.
It's always been something you receive.
In Matthew 6:33, Jesus said: "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you besides."
Sadly, we've turned everything around. We've burned ourselves out, become frustrated and disappointed chasing the "besides," rather than seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness.
When you know who you are in Christ, everything HAS TO change. How you lead. How you speak. How you show up. How you build. Not because you finally got confident enough to do what you were born to do - but because you finally know who you are and why you're here.

It's a New Year and I'm sure most people were glad to leave 2020 behind them.
Rather than thinking up big audacious goals for 2021 - not that there is anything wrong with big audacious goals - I decided that I was going to focus on optimising my day daily.
It's based on the premise of how we "let go and let God," and how to partner with God in what He has for us rather than us saying "hey God, will you bless what I want to do."
I know that the basic principles I talk about in this episode and the practical, biblical suggestion I make is going to destroy a lot of frustrations, kill a lot of fears and replace those with fulfilment, joy and real prosperity.
