When we're young, preteen and teen years, and even sometimes early 20s, we are all about doing things for ourselves. Why does that change when we have kids?
Show Notes

Why do we stop taking care of ourselves?

Many of us are anxious to start doing self-care things when we're young; hair, nails, etc. But, as we start "adulting" and especially when we have kids, we stop all of this.

So today we're talking about whether or not we learn to not take care of ourselves and where this influence comes from; generations past? TV?

Getting to the bottom of the reason you stopped caring about yourself - and for yourself - is critical and maybe that reason is in this episode, or maybe it helps you figure out where those thoughts came up in your life.

I'd love to hear from you on this topic - screenshot the podcast and tag me on Instagram and let me know where you may have learned to neglect your needs.
