What you can do today:
Take a few minutes to reflect on the last few days, few weeks, or few months and ask yourself if you've been nurturing yourself. If you feel fulfilled and centered and like the best version of yourself you can possibly be right now. Or...are you running on that hamster wheel going nowhere? And then figure out what small changes you can make to bring you back to YOU.
