And so a lot of"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":288.04,"endTime":291.64,"body":"times at that point the puppy is"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":288.04,"endTime":291.64,"body":"already very overstimulated. So"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":291.67,"endTime":294.7,"body":"walking away can help but if"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":291.67,"endTime":294.7,"body":"you're not if they're not on a"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":294.7,"endTime":297.88,"body":"leash, then they can easily come"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":294.7,"endTime":297.88,"body":"and follow us. I see this a lot"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":297.88,"endTime":301.18,"body":"with kids and particularly"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":297.88,"endTime":301.18,"body":"because When a puppy bites us,"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":301.18,"endTime":304.15,"body":"it hurts. And so I don't blame"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":301.18,"endTime":304.15,"body":"kids for running around and"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":304.21,"endTime":307.3,"body":"jumping on furniture to try and"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":304.21,"endTime":307.3,"body":"get away from this puppy. But"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":307.3,"endTime":310.69,"body":"the dog sees that as a very"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":307.3,"endTime":310.69,"body":"rewarding experience, kind of"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":310.69,"endTime":314.2,"body":"like chasing a cat. And so now"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":310.69,"endTime":314.2,"body":"if the puppy is tied to an"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":314.2,"endTime":318.43,"body":"object, like a table, or a"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":314.2,"endTime":318.43,"body":"dumbbell, or sometimes I'll even"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":318.43,"endTime":322.54,"body":"shut the leash in a doorway."},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":318.43,"endTime":322.54,"body":"That way, the child can very"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":322.54,"endTime":325.75,"body":"confidently now just step away"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":322.54,"endTime":325.75,"body":"from that situation and not have"},{"speaker":"Bailey","startTime":325.75,"endTime":328.45,"body":"to deal with that whole.
