Paige Tonz says she went into her college softball career with low confidence. Despite this, her athletic ability took her to Northwestern University and playing in the Big Ten Conference. It was there that she made a decision to work on improving the mental side of her game. When she was able to propel herself to a higher frequency of thought, her skills improved even more and doubled her batting average.
Now she helps young girls with the psychological side of their beings, both in person and virtually. Check out her work at- paigetonz.com
