Rich Desmond is one of 5 candidates running for District 3 County Supervisor. Rich has spent his entire life living in District 3 and is a 5th generation Sacramento County resident. Rich recently retired from the California Highway Patrol where he worked his way up to CHP Chief during his 24 year tenure. Rich is the youngest of 9 and is currently raising 5 children of his own.
