The Oldham County real estate market remained active throughout July 2026, with strong buyer activity, a healthy level of inventory, and a noticeable difference between homes that sold quickly and homes that stayed on the market much longer.
The July numbers point to a market that is still competitive, but more balanced than it was a few years ago. Buyers have more choices, which means pricing and presentation matter more than ever for sellers.
