Larry joined Cendant Corporation (now Realogy), the parent company of Century21, ERA, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty, and served as both Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President of Franchise Business Development.
In 2006, Rideout purchased Gibson Domain and transitioned the company into an affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
The company grew from 55 associates, $250 million in sales to 450 associates and $4.2 billion in sales volume in 2021.
Today, the company is the #1 Boston-based real estate company in Massachusetts.
