Humble About Burgers ... and Life, with Nate Wolff
We welcome Nate Wolff, owner of Humble Burger in Moscow, Idaho. Humble Burger started as a food stand at the Moscow Farmer's Market in 2014. They struck burger gold, and people went bananas for their food. The volume offered an opportunity to open a physical location in September of 2015.
Their goal is to balance a few key principles that are important to them. They believe that everyone should have access to good quality food that's local. They believe in supporting neighbors that grow great food. And, they believe that their employees deserve great wages. Nate says, "we try to hold all of these things together and still make a few bucks. So far, so good."
They also love live music, and believe that all ages should be able to hear it. So, on the regular they open up their doors to great regional artists and a fantastic local music scene. In September, they celebrated their 10th Anniversary with a re-launch of Modfest Music Fest.
