What was your, what would you say was your favorite promotion through last season when you came to baseball?

Speaker 2:

Chicken wings.

Speaker 1:

Welcome back to the Q's, by the way, where it's going to be in the twenties for the next week or so, yeah, so the guy on the radio said I have no idea, I don't know what they got on the radio, but I'm sitting here with Zach, so we got a new baseball season coming up. Any, if you notice any players coming in.

Speaker 2:

Speaker 2:

A lot.

Speaker 1:

A lot, you know. I think this is the time of the year where you're going to start seeing all these signings, right?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they're back baby.

Speaker 1:

They're back, baby. Yeah, absolutely 100%. They're back. But you know whether or not they sign a minor league deal with an invitation to major league camp, or you never know, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

You never know. You ever know. No, what kind of notes do you have in your head?

Speaker 2:

Thank you.

Speaker 1:

Jenny Kim. Yes, what else besides Jenny Kim?

Speaker 2:

Thank my Lord for curfew.

Speaker 1:

We know that, but what else do you have in your head besides?

Speaker 2:

Jenny Kim.

Speaker 1:

Hi Katie Lynn. Who's this? Oh my gosh, you're in love with her, aren't you? Yeah, what's the name of this song?

Speaker 2:

That's Bucco.

Speaker 1:

Oh, wow, okay. And what's the album?

Speaker 2:

The Black Mabel album.

Speaker 1:

Did you get a Black Pink shirt for like Christmas?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, you did. Yeah. What's it say? It's a Black Bucco, black Pink.

Speaker 1:

Black Pink Venom.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, like a friend. Yeah, yeah, I do.

Speaker 1:

but South Korea. They're from where.

Speaker 2:

South Korea.

Speaker 1:

South Korea.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

You know where that is? Tell everybody where's South Korea.

Speaker 2:

South Korea, far. Away.

Speaker 1:

Far away, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it is yeah.

Speaker 1:

So let's talk about you know, we had New Years, we had Christmas Eve, we I don't know, I don't think we've been out with a exact attack with Dad since the holiday right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, we had to come on. So what did you? Space base New Years.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Space base. We got baseball cards.

Speaker 1:

You got baseball cards. What else did you get? Tell everybody, what else you got.

Speaker 2:

I got a new pants you got new pants. Well, new underpants.

Speaker 1:

Oh, you got new underwear. Yeah yeah, that's like the usual, but they were Syracuse, they were New York Mets underwear, right?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, somehow, I think Santa knew that. Say hello to my friend Diane. She says hello. And is he talking about black pink? Yes, oh yeah. Yes, he is. Oh yeah, oh yeah, it's all about black pink, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, for now. It used to be about Kelsey.

Speaker 2:

No.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it was. Long time ago it was about Kelsey Bellarini, oh right, and then before that it was who else? What other girlfriends did you have?

Speaker 2:

Hmm, I know.

Speaker 1:

All right, well, regardless. So football. Oh, the Cowboys got spanked.

Speaker 2:

Oh, wow.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, they lost today, the Dolphins lost yesterday and of course you know you may be watching this down the road, but you know here it is a Sunday, you driving?

Speaker 2:

No, but who Driving down the road?

Speaker 1:

OK All right, all right, but of course the bills play tomorrow. Yeah, the bills and the Steelers.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah. No, I must stay.

Speaker 1:

The Steelers.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, justin saying hello Kelly Kelly's there too. Hello, kelly Osborne, you're so awesome and so we have, so we got the base on the baseball, the football playoffs, going on now, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, pretty soon the Super Bowl. You know they call it. You know we really can't say we can't call it the Super Bowl on the radio because all that is copyrighted, but so we call it the big game.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, big game Big game Super Bowl.

Speaker 1:

It's coming up on February 11th, Now who do you think's going to be in the Super Bowl? You think the bills are going to make it.

Speaker 2:

Back to years, double back back to years, hmm.

Speaker 1:

I think well, I don't know. We know the dolphins are through, the fins are out. Oh yeah, amy says hello. Hello, amy, right back at you. Say hello to David and the dog and the kids. Yeah, hopefully I'll see Amy in a few weeks I'll be going to Nashville for the country radio seminar. So Amy is Amy's husband. David is one of the nicest guys You'll ever meet and I don't know. You probably don't remember this, but when David came into town one time when I was at another radio station and we went out to to lunch and I'm like wait man, I got to pick my son up from school. Do you want to go? And he was like, all right, let's go. So, david, david rode with me when you were going to Main Street, main Street School. Do you remember that school?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

How much fun did you have there. It was a long time ago. Yeah, I remember that. I remember that, so okay. So we got baseball opening day the 29th. We got the Super Bowl coming up on the 11th, 29th of March, super Bowl on the way on February 11. Yeah, valentine's Day, oh, hey, whoa, whoa, do I see roses in your room?

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

There's roses in a bag. Tell everybody about the roses.

Speaker 2:

I wrote this book for Jenny Kim.

Speaker 1:

But she's in South Korea.

Speaker 2:

No, it's not. No, she isn't. No, it's not. What do you mean? I said Los Angeles, California.

Speaker 1:

She's in Los Angeles California.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I did not know that. Yeah, you sure, I thought they were in South Korea, it's not. I thought, you said they were.

Speaker 2:

It's same as I've been.

Speaker 1:

You know what South Korea is known for Very fast trains.

Speaker 2:

That's it.

Speaker 1:

Very fast trains and they play a lot of baseball over there. Wow, Remember who went over there to play baseball. We had one of the. We had some players that actually lived with us while they were here in town, but then who went and pitched in Korea?

Speaker 2:

Hmm.

Speaker 1:

Come on, you said you got notes.

Speaker 2:

Well, who I said? It is baseball batters.

Speaker 1:

Ryan Ryan.

Speaker 2:

Ryan Right.

Speaker 1:

To Tusco.

Speaker 2:

Yeah To Tusco.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and he was a pitcher right For the nationals. But he pitched here in Syracuse, lived with us and then he decided to take a deal with the playing career. Wow, yeah that was kind of crazy, yeah, but good for him yeah. He definitely had to do something. You know what, Amy? I know she's probably going to. It's like stop talking about me. No, Amy is the best, David is the best, but Amy lives in Nashville. And do you realize? If I'm not mistaken, Nashville might be getting snow.

Speaker 2:

Oh, wow.

Speaker 1:

Because what I'm seeing on the news is the fact that they could get like three or four or five inches. I was talking to Big D and Bubba and he was sending me some of the, some of the the forecast from Nashville. Big D, big D.

Speaker 2:

Oh my God, yeah, another character, but back when I was Big D and Bubba, I was Korean.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, big D and Bubba, that's right.

Speaker 2:

Big D, my kid and Chris. My God, it tastes so cool.

Speaker 1:

That was very cool.

Speaker 2:

Wow.

Speaker 1:

That was very cool, but he's been sending me the forecast. Now, here in Syracuse, where we do this podcast or I do my podcast while we do all the I'm already from the pod zone, but I can look outside and see green grass. The lawn is green. However, a week ago we got like almost a foot of snow, but it's gone already. But if you were to drive just north of here, it's what they call Lake Effect, right?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, Lake Effect.

Speaker 1:

And Lake Effect is when the wind blows in across Lake Ontario and if it comes directly from the east areas north of Syracuse, they will get a foot, two feet, three feet in a matter of a day. And that's what's happening right now. And that's the same thing that's happening in Buffalo, because you know they've the Buffalo Bills game. They postponed it until tomorrow afternoon, I believe. Four, four three that's tomorrow. Tomorrow is Monday, and do you know what tomorrow is? It's a holiday.

Speaker 2:

Oh.

Speaker 1:

Martin Luther King Jr Day. Absolutely, it is Good going, zach, I'm proud of you, excellent. But so in Buffalo, the winds, if they blow directly in off from the east, they come across Lake Gary and that's why Buffalo is getting a whole ton of snow. I got friends up there and they've been sending me some video clips and it's like it's it's a good thing they didn't have the game today. You wouldn't have been able to see it. Number one and number two. I probably wouldn't even be able to get into the stadium. But they're going to try it tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully things are a whole lot better. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. And well, like I said before, we have no snow here. It's no weird.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I mean, we've had very little snow in all the years, this time of the year we've got like three feet in the yard, but nothing now, huh.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, do you remember when some of the ball players lived with us?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And you know a few of them had never seen snow before because, they're the Latino, are they from Panama or they're from Columbia? And I remember the first snow they were out in the yard making snow angels because it was just like this is. You know, they loved it. They had never seen snow before, but it all happened right here.

Speaker 2:

Nice.

Speaker 1:

All right, let's back it up a little bit.

Speaker 2:

Let's talk about the holiday.

Speaker 1:

What else did you get for Christmas? I want you to get something really, really special.

Speaker 2:

That's very special. Oh, make a miracle.

Speaker 1:

You got a bobblehead, yeah, see. And if you follow Zach attack with dad, then you would know that Zach was in the Little League World Series, where Well about San Diego. Pennsylvania.

Speaker 2:

What's up, williamsport?

Speaker 1:

Williamsport and you played in the Challenger Division of the Little League World Series. You were selected to play and that was on TV, you know, on PBS and did a great job. So you got yourself a bobblehead for Christmas in your uniform Looks just like we should have brought it down. That's what we should have done. We should have brought it down, but you know we'll post. We'll post a picture of your bobblehead.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

All right, we'll post that, but the bobblehead is really cool. It looks just like them. They did a great job. I'll put all the details online on the Facebook page and we'll post a picture of it. But we've actually got it up in his room on his dresser and it's in a glass case, so nobody's going to play with it. It's right next to the. Max Scherzer signed a baseball hat, which is just adjacent to the. Patrick Corbin signed Washington.

Speaker 2:

National shirt that looks crazy yeah, what else? Well say, came in love.

Speaker 1:

Oh, we just went back to Jenny Kim again.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

You know what? Let's put Jenny Kim over here. You come over here, we'll talk, we'll just talk. Talk about the podcast. So all right. So that was Christmas. Had a great Christmas.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

We have 42 people in this house, right?

Speaker 2:

No, a lot of people.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, 42.

Speaker 2:

Wow.

Speaker 1:

On Christmas Eve, 42. No 42. No two. Either way, it's a lot of people.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah. And let's see here oh, what's what's Kelly saying? I got a. I got a fast train, tracy. Yeah, okay, I love that, kelly. That was pretty cool. Let's talk about Tracy Chapman, but that's a fast car, yeah, I know, I know. So what else? What else? So New Year's rolled around, what did we do on New Year's?

Speaker 2:

I knew we were at Paul.

Speaker 1:

We went bowling.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and it was like a party, right yeah.

Speaker 2:

And you were dancing.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, you did great. You did great. That's something we've done quite often. Everybody's going to know everything about us, but that was on New Year's Eve and then New Year's night, of course in front of the television. Did you see the ball drop?

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I was. I was going back and forth between New York and Nashville. Wow, because Nashville they don't have a ball. They've got a music note that drops. You know how the ball drops in New York comes?

Speaker 2:

down.

Speaker 1:

And Nashville, they have a music note and they kind of it was kind of crazy. So I was kind of bouncing back and forth yeah, and Joe Miller, isaac, how's it going? You know what's the score? What's I got?

Speaker 2:

Nice guy.

Speaker 1:

What's the score tomorrow for the bills game? Hey, skip, hope all is well and thanks for another Zach attack, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

I love getting you know. It's just I don't know, and I got something on my mind here and I want to say it and I don't know how to say it but Zach is our life, Because everything, everything that we do, is Zach and we wouldn't have it any other way. Best buddies, right, Best buddies. And last night at a not going to get into a lot of the details, but at a, I was at a banquet and a comedian was there and the comedian was walking that line, which is one thing, and I was like I'm going to do that and I understand how comedians work, but then he got into jokes about people with special needs and it broke my heart because that shouldn't be done at all. And then, as you can see, right here, this young man right here is the best. Happy New Year, Sarah. Sarah for peace.

Speaker 2:

Sarah French.

Speaker 1:

Sarah, long time, long time, right, but anyways, that's, that's the story for another time, but I just want everybody to know, as you can see right here, there is nothing in this world that is anything better than this young man that is sitting right next to me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

He is the best and he's looking for a girl. No way, he's got Jenny Kim.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I know yeah.

Speaker 1:

I know that's a Yep, yep. By the way, that convenience name was Joe Bartnick. We'll leave it at that. Anyways, um, yep, colleen, uh, hello and hello from Canada. Oh, wait a minute. No, what she's saying, get this. Colleen is saying it is minus 33. Minus 33.

Speaker 2:

Now I would assume.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, okay, so that's got to be Fahrenheit minus 30. Whereabouts in Canada, are you Colleen? Well, wait, I'm trying to think. So if it's minus, of course you got what they call the polar vortex. Right, that's good. You know what the polar vortex is. You love watching the weather.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

What's the polar vortex? No, no, you know what it is. It's when the cold air comes down from Canada.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And um, and I know there's a lot of areas where it's bitter cold. It's even cold, like we were talking about Nashville a few minutes ago. It's so cold in Nashville they're not used to all this. You know, they get a flake, they get just a little snowflake in Nashville and the city shuts down. Yeah, there's a couple of reasons. They don't have the equipment to, you know, take care of all the roads that they need to take care of, I would assume. And not like it is here. You know it snows here and what do you hear? You hear the plow. Goodbye, right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, very cool, zach, you're the best.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, mike Newman, love you guys.

Speaker 2:

Hi Zach and Skip.

Speaker 1:

It's Coach Mike. Hi buggy. Mike was, uh, yeah, one of the coaches that went along to uh to William's support.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And we'll find out where, um where Colleen is in Canada, because it's 33 below, we'll find out soon on your aunt Sue and uncle Bob.

Speaker 2:

Hi Sue, hi Bobby.

Speaker 1:

Yep, bobby, yeah, see hi to Luann.

Speaker 2:

Hi Luann.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, luann was with us last night at the banquet Her and. Jim, and as my friend, to its Luann son. That is, the chief of police and the Tonica most police department who I had on the podcast, uh, just a few days ago. And there he is, michael James, I thought you were hitting the road. Michael is going to the bills game. It's going to freeze his butt off. But you know what? Nick Ford, limp lizard saying hello.

Speaker 2:

I gave.

Speaker 1:

Yep, yep, and uh, trisha. Trisha Bonville, it's hard to say, I don't have my glasses on and I it's hard to see the screen, but she's saying hello as well, so I'm going to find out where. Colleen, if you're still listening, whereabouts are you? Oh, edmonton, alberta.

Speaker 2:

Wow.

Speaker 1:

Now that, yeah, that's not a that's not an easy drive. Yeah, that's a long ways away, but we can thank them for being our neighbors and it does to the north right. Yeah, exactly, we can also thank them for the wildfire smoke. Wow, I'm just kidding, zach.

Speaker 2:

I'm just kidding.

Speaker 1:

That was crazy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's crazy. Remember that last summer or something.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, roger. Roger Johnston is on Roger's photographer.

Speaker 2:

Wow.

Speaker 1:

See him at a lot of the concerts and stuff. Michael James, hi guys, gianna and Grayson are watching with me.

Speaker 2:

How cool. Oh, my God yeah.

Speaker 1:

We're so proud of Michael. A whole family it's just good stuff, good stuff, what else? Hmm, yeah, so I've been, I've been blabbing here, yeah.

Speaker 2:

You talk.

Speaker 1:

Are you ready for baseball?

Speaker 2:

Yes, I'm ready for baseball guys.

Speaker 1:

Yep, and what are you going to wear on opening day?

Speaker 2:

Oh, my dad was shirt.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but you know, march 29th it's going to be cold.

Speaker 2:

So what do you think? Sacky scarf piece.

Speaker 1:

Scarf mittens.

Speaker 2:

Yeah Hat.

Speaker 1:

Hat? Mm-hmm, they usually have trapper hats on opening day. Yeah, depends, I don't know what they're going to have. We're going to have to get. I'll have to get Jason Smorel in on the Skip Athens podcast and we'll find out what's going on. But um can't wait for baseball season. Is it March 31st yet? Evan James? Uh, evan, guess what? It's on March 29th. Oh, and it's opening day that's a Friday. We go into the weekend and we play, as Zach mentioned earlier, Rochester right yeah, rochester, yeah yeah.

Speaker 1:

Who's going to be playing on a post? No, wait a minute. Nope, nope, nope, nope. Okay, so our friend Paulo signed with the Toronto Blue. Jays, which is the parent club of tell everybody.

Speaker 2:

The biases.

Speaker 1:

The Bison's, the Buffalo Bison's.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

That's right. Yep and Paulo signed the minor league deal with an invitation to major league camp, but chances are, at least in the beginning of the season you'll be throwing for.

Speaker 2:

Buffalo Wow.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's cool, and now he lived here for a while. Yeah, very cool, very cool. So what else you've been?

Speaker 2:

doing I'm good.

Speaker 1:

We know you're good.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Let's talk about Zach. What other notes do you have up there?

Speaker 2:

Oh my nose, Football Football.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, you've been watching. You're going to watch the Bills tomorrow. Yes, yeah, that's going to be cold, it's going to be snowy, but who do you think Is it going to be the Bills? Is it going to be the Steelers?

Speaker 2:

Of course the Bills yes.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. I bet you. You know, sam that works with your dad is a Steelers fan.

Speaker 2:

Oh, bad so.

Speaker 1:

And Carol. You know Carol. Carol is a big Bills fan, along with many others in the building.

Speaker 2:

Oh my God. Yeah, I know it's kind of crazy right? I hear.

Speaker 1:

Mom walking around upstairs.

Speaker 2:

Hi Mom.

Speaker 1:

She's probably watching. Yeah, that's cool.

Speaker 2:

That's cool, so what else?

Speaker 1:

So what else do we have here? So, um, trying to think what else is going on, what do you got planned for Valentine's Day? Well, you know what's that like 33 days or something like that. I got to look it up, something like that. It's pretty, it's coming up. Yeah, so we got Valentine's Day. Make sure you get a card from Mom.

Speaker 2:

No, a commerce saying Kim.

Speaker 1:

Jenny Kim. Yeah, you're going to send it to Los Angeles or South Korea.

Speaker 2:

Oh, but the commerce in the Syracuse.

Speaker 1:

Oh, she's coming to Syracuse.

Speaker 2:

Yes, man when.

Speaker 1:

Trisha says let's go Bills. Yeah, you know who the quarterback is for the Bills.

Speaker 2:

No, no, Josh Allen.

Speaker 1:

Josh Allen Absolutely 100% Think he's going to have a good game.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, all right, very cool. A lot of it rides on the quarterback.

Speaker 2:

Nice.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, really nice, what else?

Speaker 2:

Um escape car.

Speaker 1:

What about me?

Speaker 2:

What you got for me.

Speaker 1:

Huh.

Speaker 2:

I know that.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, all right. Well, you know what else? Something else going on in the world is, zach, I'm trying to think we've uh, we talked about Christmas, we talked about New Year's, we talked about baseball coming up, we talked about the football playoffs Um, just I don't know what else. Joe Miller, zach, you know what sounds good is pizza with football. What do you like on your pizza? That's a good question, joe. Tell Joe what do you like on your pizza.

Speaker 2:

Sausage.

Speaker 1:

Sausage, what else? Bacon? Yeah, you're a bacon lover, yeah, so you would get bacon and sausage together.

Speaker 2:

Yes, you sure, yes, dad.

Speaker 1:

I'm sure you like them both. I know you do, it's a matter of fact. But uh, you like to get both at the same time? Yeah, on the same pie, same pizza.

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

You know what I like Mushrooms. I like all kinds of stuff on my pizza. It depends what I'm in the mood for. What about chicken wings? Oh yeah, you know his best wings, limp lizard.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean his crew at the Limp lizard they put together, just, I mean the wings like you've never had before. They're the best. Oh yeah, mike Newman, challenger, spring training going to happen soon, that's right. What A perfect, uh perfect, practice, is it? What's the name of the? Yes, um, I'm just coloring my table. Magicpted tehd sold without, like vitamin-DB and霜 ad infusion gardens. Yeah, change of pace is amazing. Wings too. I know, evan, you're right, change of pace. But if you've never had the limplizard wings, you need to try those. You know they got a great nut to. I mean, you may be watching this after the fact, but they got 50 cent wings for the game. So tomorrow the bills.

Speaker 1:

Let's go bills yeah, go birds yeah, I'm gonna be playing in the snow. How do you think that's hard? Yes, yeah, I think it's gonna be like real cold. Yeah, yeah. So these guys are gonna be throwing that football around. We're gonna be running in the cold. That's probably how they're gonna keep warm, actually. So Eddie Lynn says yum, supreme, is that what you said? Okay? Katie says I love chicken wings too oh, too much I don't know if you could ever love them too much. I don't know when she won.

Speaker 1:

You can't stop my god honey do you like yours mild, medium, hot, spicy parmesan, asian. What tell me about good barb aside garlic parmesan? Wait a minute, that's what you had. An apple bees, the other day. Well, you got the all you can eat, right? Yeah, so you've got garlic parm. And then, once you finish that plate of your boneless wings, what was the next one? Anything it was the Asian, asian chili or something like that yeah yeah, I just had a burger.

Speaker 1:

I don't know where you put it, seth, I don't know where you put it, but anyways, all righty, well, I don't know, not too much going on Sunday night and we watched some football this afternoon and we just kind of we watched the Cowboys get spanked. I mean, that was now. You better hope there's no Dallas Cowboys fans watching here, but yeah, that was crazy, crazy.

Speaker 1:

Well, I don't know, might as well get going yeah thanks for hanging out in the pod zone a few minutes, coming out saying hi to everybody. Yeah and yeah. So all your answers say me yes. I know yeah, you miss and sue. It was the best thing to watch all the game today. Evan, I would assume you are not a Cowboys fan. And Roger, what's Roger saying? Does that like the snow? Oh no, you don't like the snow no no, we can hang out for a few minutes. Anybody has a question for Zach, right, is that? Yeah you're the man, zach yeah.

Speaker 1:

Cali, we love you right back, absolutely. Yeah, yeah, well, so if you got a question, for Zach knows your opportunity if you miss out the way till whenever he wants to do it again. Let's see. Colleen says sorry for the delay, so frozen here, located above Mont. I don't know she meant Montreal, what? Yes, temp here is minus 33 Fahrenheit. Did you know we used to have the baseball team called trappers until 2004? Do you still have your Christmas tree up, zach? Is our Christmas tree still up?

Speaker 2:

no, how, how long?

Speaker 1:

wants to know no, no, how many did we have? We had four. Where are they now? They put away, right, because we, as much as we love to, we we don't do the real tree thing. We have, you know, the artificial trees. So we're in the back closet behind the vocal booth, so it's kind of cool. Yeah, so all our decorations are down. What's your hobby, zach? What do you like? What do you really like to do? That's what Kelly is asking.

Speaker 2:

TV and cover your.

Speaker 1:

TV and a computer, yeah, I don't know if that's a good hobby yes well, what out you like. You like to play baseball? Yes, so the baseball would be like your hobby. You love baseball yeah so tell, tell, kelly, you like baseball hi baseball yep, and what position do you play?

What? Or who's Zach's favorite Syracuse Mets photographer? Sorry, herman Rick. So who? Who is who's your favorite photographer with the Mets?

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

He said herm right, yeah, yeah, but no, but you got James. Look at James, he could look at the lens he has on that thing and yeah big as I am.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm pretty big. Yeah, sorry, james. Yeah, you didn't get that one. Well, james is, james is just as good. So you know, that's another. We should get herm in on the podcast. Oh, hi, herm, he has written a book. He could tell you stories about baseball. He was an umpire. Yeah, he's done all that now he's you know, just it's a photographer. And James says herm is my favorite too. I think herm is everybody's favorite. Just such a good guy. You're all greats. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people than those that you know the coworkers over at the Mets, because Zach does work at the Mets. If you don't know that during the season, zach is in the work upstairs in the press box. Right, I know we've mentioned that many times before, but just in case you don't know and tell everybody, what do you do when you go to work for a baseball game scoreboard scoreboard birthdays walk-ups walk-ups.

Speaker 1:

Yep, yep, you get all the paperwork ready for. Anthony and for you know who I was doing the announcing. Yeah, who does the announcing at the Mets?

He's had some pretty high-profile job, so to speak. And and Kelly says I wish Zach was in Florida. I teach him to scroll saw. He would be great at it. Scroll saw, what is that? Kelly, tell us. What is that? Scroll saw? Is that like woodworking or what? What is that? I don't know. She's gonna tell us here in a minute, I'm sure. I'm sure she's gonna let us know. So hey, we're waiting. Hi, zach, doug and David, uh Botego, it's been a while we haven't seen them yep, hello, david, my dog, anti Ryan and a and 3.

Speaker 1:

I know I do need my glasses, that's funny, but they're like over at the by the voiceover area and it's like on the other side of the room. But yeah, what's your favorite song to dance to? Okay, Black Venom. It's snowing hard in Nashville right now.

Speaker 1:

Jeff says Jeff was to temp there. See, we were just talking about that. I had Amy Page was on and I was. We were talking about that a little bit and here we look outside. Obviously it's dark now, but there's no snow. Here. There is no snow, but if you want to drive a few miles north of Syracuse, you're gonna run you a couple of feet. 18 degrees in Nashville oh, you need to come up here. It's warmer. Not much, though. Not much warmer, all right.

Speaker 2:

Jeff, I'll see you in a few weeks.

Speaker 1:

I hope we got a lot of catching up to do. Plus, we're gonna get you on the podcast. All right, okay, zach attack if there's no more questions. So we, oh, okay, yes, that was right. Kelly Osborne said it's woodworking, so it's a scroll. Saw, I get it. I get it. No, okay, just, I haven't seen one of those in shop class. Joe says did you see? It was 15 in Dallas today, 15 degrees in Dallas. Wow, what do you think the normal temperature in Dallas? Hey, let me ask Google, let's find out here. All right, watch this, hey, google, what is the normal temperature for today in Dallas? Let's see. Yeah, yeah, hey, google, what is the normal high and low for this date in Dallas, texas? Oh, it's not gonna tell you. Okay, wait a minute here. Let's hang on, hang on, hang on. So, oh, 50 should be like 58 average highs, 58 average low would be 32.

Speaker 1:

Oh, oh so yeah, that's crazy. Daniel, what player for SU Basketball is your favorite? Thank, you're a fan of the coach.

Speaker 2:

Oh.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, adrian Autry, you are a fan of the coach, I know that. So, yeah, that's pretty cool. Uh, kelly says it's 50 in Florida but feels colder. I'm sure it does. Your blood is gonna be. If you're living in, you know where you are in Florida it's gotta be. Well, you know, they say your blood is thinner because it's always warmer. But you know, Kelly, you know anyways. Yeah, okay, what do you say bud? Look at all these people look at all your friends? Yeah, they all love you. We love you, you're the best.

Yeah because you got couple orders. But yeah, twin trees. You know, kelly, we went to twin trees a lot and we still do, I guess, go there occasionally. Twin trees or even a hayfners. But I Don't know. Zach picks and he usually picks the place where he knows he's gonna get some good wings or even tallies. He loves the tenders. What can? When we go to tallies, what kind of tenders do you get? The Asian tenders? Yeah, those are good, huh.

Speaker 1:

Cuz I usually do the same, but you usually get the appetizer, which is a smaller portion. It's still big.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's still big, so we usually get the smaller portion. Yeah, twin trees that I, you know we order their pizza quite a bit, their pizza and wings over the weekend and it's still, you know, like everything else. It's getting expensive, but you know you do what you got to do. So, yeah, definitely good stuff. Kelly says yum yum yum, yum, yum, yum. That's the life of Zach. That's what we do for dinner. We're on a routine.

Speaker 1:

We're on a schedule, right and Zach always and Zach will always pick the Friday night restaurant, right. Yeah, yep, they usually know. Is how often do we go to Texas Roadhouse? Every once in a while, right. Why do we go to Texas? My birthday for birthdays, right, and why do we do that on a birthday? Get on the saddle and what do they do?

Speaker 2:

You are that's right.

Speaker 1:

Every once in a while we'll go to Longhorn too. Yeah, still, you know, I've kind of cut back on my meat a little bit, but you know it is what it is, but still definitely good stuff. All right, roger Roger says so he had no to country. What's his choice of music? So what kind of music do you like?

Speaker 2:
