Good morning and welcome to Fresh Mercy Podcast, where God's mercy is fresh for you each and every morning.

SPEAKER_02

Good morning from the Fresh Mercy Podcast. We thank the Lord for this day. Amen. This is day two of NXT. And if you were wrestling, this is NXT. Mommy, that's so good. We thank the Lord. We have a bunch of guys here. And uh yesterday's episode was amazing. Sebastian did an awesome job. Good job. He talked about the Holy Spirit. Amen. And for a guy who's just learning how to teach, there's been a few years, he's a younger guy. I could say that because my nephew can't beat me up. For a younger guy to come up and to talk about the Holy Spirit in under 11 minutes, praise the Lord. He did an awesome, awesome job. He set the bar pretty high here, Sonny. So you gotta deliver.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And to say this, you see these men that we raised, la job, gentlemen. They're not outspoken. They come up and preach the gospel. Only God can do that. Awesome job, men. Praise the Lord. Uh this is uh someone else that we love very much. This is our relative that we love. This is Sonny, Uncle Cody's, and he's one of the men also that teach in the church. And he has a word from the Lord today. If I'm not mistaken, you shared this message before. I shared it in the Friday Bible study. Uh fantastic job. So I pray if you could do 2% of what you did at the church, so it'll be a great podcast. I pray to Jesus. Amen. Come on, Sonny. Bless the Lord, brother.

SPEAKER_01

Uh, I don't want to take up too much time. I don't want to talk since it is the voice of show.

SPEAKER_02

It's your show right now. It's not our show first, but you're leading.

SPEAKER_01

Hurry up. I'm talking about something I don't deserve, which is the grace of God. Amen. Very good. How do I notice that I don't deserve this? Paul the Apostle wrote to the Ephesians church in chapter 2, verses 8. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Amen. What an amazing gift to get from God. Salvation. It says not of yourself, so it's not that I could do, deacons, to earn it, to charm my way into it. This is God's doing. And I want to read a commentary to what Billy Graham said about grace. Grace is the unmerited favor of God towards mankind. It's something that's needed. Because we're needy, we're mankind. We're in need. We're in need. And it is a gift from Almighty God. What a beautiful word Billy Graham said. But I want to say something though. Paul the Apostle had a thorn in his flesh and he begged the Lord three times to take it away. What has this got to do with grace? Where am I getting it? What has this got to do with it? We're gonna go into scripture. In the book of 2 Corinthians 12, verses 7 through 9, he says, I was given a thorn in my flesh three different times. I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, My grace is all you need, for it works best in weakness.

SPEAKER_02

Look how beautiful that verse is, how assuring that is, that God's mercy, God's grace, even though Paul was going through a nightmare, Paul was suffering, he knew that God's grace was sufficient for him.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

He knew that he had to rely on God's grace. Maybe today you're going through something that you need to rely on God's grace.

SPEAKER_01

Well, I want to say this, Deacon. Um sometimes we go to outside sources for comfort. We go uh medication, a drink. We don't need that. We need God's grace because it's available. I heard it, I urge the person that's watching this now. Know that great God's grace is available to you. How do you receive it? Amen.

SPEAKER_00

The grace of God is available to all. Everyone get that. Write it on your heart, and I pray the Holy Spirit remind you that the grace of God is not for some, it's not for the real righteous people, which there's none. Uh it's for the guys that's really involved with church, it's the guys that no, it's for the person that Jesus died for, and that's all.

SPEAKER_02

He died for all. You know I'm bad with addresses, but the scripture, it's clear. For the grace of God has appeared to all men, teaching them to deny ungodly living. Amen. So the whole point is this that each and every man, everybody, has received God's grace. Whether it be common grace, which is like special or like normal grace or special grace or saving grace. God's grace is available to all.

SPEAKER_00

Amen. Very good.

SPEAKER_01

Praise God. One more thing I want to say is this. Take your time, Sunday. Thank God for grace. But I want to say something. We are not owed it. We are not owed grace whatsoever. It's not from us. There's not no good work I do to receive it. But here's the thing Honestly, I say this to Christ. If all God gave me was grace through Jesus, it would be enough.

SPEAKER_00

Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_01

But he didn't stop there. He gives us our houses, our families, he protects us, and he blesses us financially day by day. God didn't stop there. He loves us. Receive God's grace. Praise the Lord. I have nothing more to say.

SPEAKER_00

That's all you had to say. Because grace is all we need.

SPEAKER_02

Uh I always say something, and uh it's true. And I mean it from my heart. And I only say it when I'm Pedila V. I always say I say that if God never did anything for me ever again, He done enough.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, he did.

SPEAKER_02

It's enough. And that's all because of the grace of God. That's all because of the grace of God that we can receive that. Now, every day when you wake up, and you know that God's mercy is over, like we always say, when you wake up in the morning, that's God's grace.

SPEAKER_00

Amen. It's a great thing.

SPEAKER_02

When you take a deep breath, when you do that's God's grace.

SPEAKER_00

Which is evidence. That's the evidence of his grace. And uh there was a question I've heard many years ago, and someone answered it. I think John Zaro answered it. Shout out to John. So someone asked, what's the difference between grace and mercy? And you give such a beautiful analogy. He said, okay, you're driving 200 miles an hour on the highway. Raiboral pulls you over. He should arrest you because it's mensful. Going that fast. It's not a speeding ticket anymore. This is dangerous. So the Raiborough says, I'm not giving you a ticket and you're not going to jail. That was grace. Okay? No, no, no. That was mercy. That's mercy. That's mercy. Show them mercy. The grace is this. Okay, I didn't pull you all, I didn't give you a ticket, I'm not putting you in jail. But here's a thousand dollars and go pay your bills. That's the grace. Something we don't deserve.

SPEAKER_02

Cheapest bills I've ever heard in my life, one thousand. Second of all. That's such a crazy concept to think about that. I got pulled over and he's given me money. It makes no sense. Well, really and truly, in our mindset, it really makes no sense to say that Jesus paid for our sin. Because here's the problem. We're the ones who were wrong. We're the transgressors, we're the ones who uh rebelled against God, but then God himself takes our place, becomes man, and what does he do? He gives us grace. Amen. He gives us mercy. He takes our place on the cross. And not only, like we said, if he only gave us the cross, it would have been enough. He doesn't stop there. His mercy and his grace knows no bounds.

SPEAKER_00

That's it. There's no limit to his grace or mercy, because God is the God of no measure. Amen. Hallelujah. Sonny, what's your word for the viewer today? And as you give your closing word, pray for the people as well. I want to say this.

SPEAKER_01

Receive God's grace. Receive God's mercy. Amen. Jesus came for the sinner. It says it, uh, I'm bad with addresses as well. Yeah, yeah. Christ still died for us. I believe it says it in the book of Romans. Uh, yes. While we were still sinners. Amen. Take heart in Jesus. He's there, he's available, he's always there. This time, maybe Dickon Vinny, Dekandani, I can't get to them. But Jesus, you could always get to them. Amen. He will always answer your prayer. Amen. Very good. And I want to say this prayer. Hallelujah. Devla, I thank you, Mogadel, for grace. I thank you, Mogadot, for salvation. I pray, Moadel, for whoever's watching, Mogodil, that they will receive your grace. That they will receive your word, Mordel. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

SPEAKER_00

Amen. Praise the Lord. Sonny, awesome job. And we pray that everyone receive the grace of God today. We need to hear about that more. We don't hear about it enough. We need more of God's grace. Pray today. Lord, give me your grace today. Give me your strength today. So praise the Lord. Sonny, awesome job. We thank God for you. Tune in tomorrow to another episode of Fresh Mercy Podcast. We love you. God bless.
