We continue our study of the Gospel of Mark and explore the remaining sections of the sixth chapter. We will be reading through the entire Gospel chapter by chapter over the upcoming weeks, increasing our Biblical literacy and understanding, as we listen for God's word in Mark.
In this section we read about Jesus feeding the 5,000. How did he do it? We explore some ideas in this sermon. At the end of this chapter Jesus walks on water, a sign of how he calms the storms in our lives.
