In this teaching, we explore one of the most profound truths in Scripture: humanity was never created to live apart from God. Genesis tells us that man was formed from the dust of the ground, but it was only when God breathed into him that he became a living being.

The body came from the earth, but life came from God. Discover how the Bible connects breath, wind, and Spirit, and why the Hebrew word ruach reveals something powerful about God's design for humanity. Learn why sin is far more than moral failure, how it separated mankind from the source of life, and why Jesus came not merely to forgive sins, but to restore the life that was lost.

In this message we will explore:
• Why man was created for fellowship with God
• The connection between breath, wind, and the Spirit
• Why spiritual death is humanity's deepest problem
• The meaning of eternal life according to Jesus
• What it means to be born again
• How salvation is a new beginning—a new Genesis
• Why believers are not only forgiven, but made alive

Jesus said:
"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)

The Gospel is not simply about becoming a better person. It is about receiving the very life of God through Jesus Christ.

What I would like to talk about is the breath of life. The breath of life. You know, when God created Adam and Eve, we see that God's intention from the very beginning, and I know we have been the last period of time, this has kind of been uh kind of one of the major themes, you know, God's uh ultimate intention from from the beginning. And we see from the very beginning that God's intention when it came to man was that man was supposed to live, be sustained by the life of God inside of him. So when God created man, what he wanted was for his own life to be the very thing that sustained and gave Adam life. He wanted to place himself inside of Adam. That's how close he wanted to be. So that's why when God uh when we read when God created man in Genesis uh 2.7, uh, and some of you who were at the Bible teaching last uh Thursday, you remember we mentioned this verse when we talked about body, soul, and spirit. And it says in Genesis 2.7, and now I'm reading from the King James version. Uh, usually I like to use either New King James or New Living translation, but you know there are some things that are just really good in the King James version, and this is one of them. It says, and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground. Maybe I should turn my phone on silent. That's a good thing for the guys who's preaching, especially. Amen. I heard some amen back there. God formed man of the dust of the ground. So man was formed by material, the physical material. God took the dust of the ground, he formed man, but until now, man was just a lifeless body. There was no life in him. He had a shape, he probably had the fingers, he had the arms, he had the shoulder, the body. I'm not sure if he looked exactly like uh Chat GTP uh portrayed him, but uh Chat GTP seems to know quite a lot, so uh maybe. But then it says something interesting. God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostril the breath of life, and man became a living soul. We have looked about lately, you know, how man is body, soul, and spirit. So man is body formed of the ground, and then God breathes his life, his own life into man. When that happens, man became a living soul. Some translations say living being, some say living soul. It's the same ID. You know, but man is body, soul, and spirit, and it was the combination of the body made of the ground and the spirit, breath of God coming in contact with that body created that uh that man became a living soul. What am I trying to say? You know, the word breath and spirit in the Bible, in the original text, is very close connected. It's the the word huha, and it basically it means the same, it can mean both spirits and it can mean breath or win. Same word. So when God was breathing his breath into Adam, basically he was breathing his spirit into Adam, and that was supposed to be Adam's to put it in normal terms, that was supposed to be his battery, the thing that keeps him alive, the things that energize him. All people have a spirit, whether we are saved or not saved, we have a spirit because James says that without a spirit the body is dead. So man needs a spirit to it's the spirit that energize the man, not the soul, the spirit. So when God created, he breathed his ruha into him, and the word that is used for life is the word swe, which basically means the God kind of life. So when God created Adam as a physical being, he breathed into his nostrils his own kind of life. So man could be sustained by their fellowship with him. God, in other sense, God became man's life source. But we all know the story that when Adam and Eve sinned, they lost that connection. They lost their connection with their life source. It didn't mean that they died physically, even though God had said that if you eat of the forbidden fruit, you will die. Well, they did die physically, but what happened first was that their connection with the life source was shut off. It's kind of like I have a phone here. Basically, now this phone is dying for every maybe not minutes, but every hour that goes, the battery goes further and further down. That's kind of what happened with man. We used to be connected, we used to have life flowing continuously into us. The life of God used to flow continually into us, but when man sinned, the connection was broken, and suddenly, as the spiritual connection was broken, the physical life started to diminish. Why? Because it was no longer sustained, it was no, it was no longer connected to what kept it alive. So Adam, from the moment he sinned, he began to die. The first reminder I have put up is when God breathed into Adam, he breathed his own spirit into him, so man could have a constant source of life in his fellowship with him. That's why that was God's original intention. But then we know that man sinned, and you know, the worst thing that happened when man sinned was not that they gained the knowledge of good and bad. I mean, God wanted them to know good from bad. But the tree of the knowledge of the good and evil represented independence from God. They wanted the knowledge, but they wanted to have the knowledge for themselves. So they don't needed to come to God. But you see, you know, I've said it before here, it is deception of the devil. Because did Adam and Eve know what was right and what was wrong? Yes, they knew they shouldn't eat of the tree. But now the temptation was not to know good from evil, but to have that knowledge for themselves, so they themselves could know right from wrong without going to God. God was not against them being in his image. That was one of the temptations of the serpent. He said, If you eat of the fruit, you will be like God. Well, in whose image was Adam and Eve created? In God's image. God was not against them being like him, he created them like him. But you know, the thing is, what God wanted, he wanted to be the source of their life, he wanted to be the source of their likeness with him, he wanted to be their source of knowledge of good and evil. The worst thing that happened when Adam and Eve sinned was that their relationship with God was broken. That was the worst thing that could happen to man. Why? Because when that happened, they were disconnected from their very life source, and that's why when Jesus came, it's very interesting to see. Yes, Jesus did come to forgive sins, but there was something more important that Jesus came to do. We read that in John 1 4. In him was life, and that is the same word, ruha, swe. No, the same word, swe, which means the God kind of life. In him was life, and then listen what it says, and the life, swear, was the light of man. That God kind of life was man's light. That was supposed to be man's inner drive inside of him. We read the same in other verses, John 14 6, basically throughout the whole New Testament, when we read about salvation and life, it is the same word used. Jesus saying, I am the way, the truth, and uh life. Swear. John 17 3, and this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and he whom you've sent, Jesus. 1 John 5 12, he who has the Son has what? Life. Swear. When Jesus came, he didn't come only to forgive sin, he came to bring life back to us. Before we got saved, we were spiritually dead. And what do dead people need? They need life. It's good if you have a dead person, it's good that you come and forgive him. But you know, unless he gets alive, it doesn't really matter to him whether he's forgiven or not, because he's dead. If you are dead, what you need most of all, you need life. And the good news is that yes, Jesus came to deal with the cause of death, that was sin. But his end goal was that we would have life, fellowship with the Father. He came to restore that union. John 10, 10. It says that I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly. Jesus came with life. Yes, he forgave sin. Yes, he brought healing, yes, he restored. But what he came with, his gift to mankind, was that he gave mankind back life. And not any kind of life, the sweet kind of life, the God kind of life, the life that God was breathing into Adam when he was created. Reminder number two. It's very good to uh uh try to remember these reminders. You will find them in the notes. Before we were saved, we were spiritually dead, and a dead dead man doesn't merely need forgiveness, he needs life. Amen. Jesus came to bring real life, the kind of life that can only be given in relationship with God. That's the only place that life is found. So Jesus, when he came, John 14, 6, that we read, he said, I am the way, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. When Jesus came, his end goal was to reconnect us with our Heavenly Father. That was his end goal. Very often we have made the gospel all about that we have sinned and we need forgiveness, and that is true, but it's a partial truth. Because what we really need, I mean, the sin we need to deal with because that was the cause of death. But what we really need, we need to be connected with our Father, and that's the true message of the gospel. Sin had been dealt with, fellowship can now be restored, and we can enjoy the breath of life that God came to give humanity. That's why salvation can never happen until you get born again. Until you get born again, you can try to be a Christian, you can try to come to church, you can try to read your Bible, you can try to do all the right things, but salvation never happens until you are born again. Because until you are born again, you don't have the life that it takes to live the Christian life. Maybe some of you all time remember I was talking about uh, you know, when my daughter, um my son and my daughter, they really wanted a dog. That was they had seen, you know, uh other neighbors, they come walking with their dogs, you know, it looks so cute. They come and the dog is obediently following after them. And oh, we want a dog. For me, it was okay, but you know, my wife, she was like, No, no, no way, we are not having a dog. End of discussion. And when you for those who are married, they know that when the wife says it, that kind of settles it. In my family, I always have the last word. Do you know what that is? Okay, yeah, and she she know, she knew. Oh, and I think she speaks from experience, but we were allowed to have a cat. And you know, four legs, a little snout, tail. I mean, they're basically all the ingredients there. It's kind of just like a dog, just smaller. So they thought, okay, cats, yeah, that will do. We will with a cat. We got a cat. Of course, what Camilla wanted to do, she wanted to go for a walk, like she had seen people do with a dog. So the next thing she binds a little strap around his neck and she goes for a walk. Only problem it might look like a dog, but the nature was not a dog. I mean, it might look it might have the legs, the tail, the snouts, the and everything, but you know, the nature was not there. So she could try to get it to behave like a dog, but unless that cat became a new creation and became a dog, she was not really going to have a successful walk because I mean that cat did everything else than try to follow her. So that's just a lesson for you guys who really want a dog but try to settle with a cat. Listen, they might look the same, but the nature is different. The same thing, you know, many, many people they try to live Christian life, but unless they have been born again, a change has not happened on the inside. And they can try and they can try and they can try, but they will fail and fail, and they will maybe get condemned and maybe feel that they are not good. Not because there was anything wrong with them in that sense. Well, there is because they need to get born again, but besides that, they need to realize no one can live the Christian life unless they get the breath of life back into them. When they get the breath of life into them again, suddenly the Christian life starts to flow naturally. Suddenly, the things that you wanted to do, they are not no longer so interested in anymore. Suddenly, the problems that you use it doesn't mean that you get perfect overnight because we are body, soul, and spirit, and of course the soul needs to be renewed, the body needs to be crucified. So, I mean, we have some work to do there, but when you get saved and born again, something happens on the inside, and suddenly things start to change from the inside out, and that is what God wants. That's why Jesus tells Nicodemus most assured in John 3 3, most assured I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. He cannot see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. And Nicodemus he was trying to wrap his head around as well, like what do you mean? How can we get into my mother's tummy and to have birth one more time? I mean, poor mother. I mean, one thing is to give birth to a little baby, but you know, uh big, you know, adult being. He was kind of like, How does this work? And Jesus needs to explain to him in John 3, 6 to 7, that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I say to you, you must be born again. Jesus was not talking about a physical birth, he was talking about there is something inside of you that needs to be born again. Flesh gives birth to flesh, and that's not what we are talking about, but spirit gives life to spirit, and that's what we are talking about. When we are talking about the new birth, what God wants to do, He wants to take out the old spirit, and He wants to place inside of you His own spirit, born of Him, holy, righteous, without any blemish, and that makes all the difference for your Christian walk. Amen. When the disciples, it's interesting to see because, and I think actually Remy he mentioned this uh last Sunday. You know, when Jesus had died, rose again, atoned for the sins of this world, he was appearing to the disciples. It's interesting, he is having a talk with them in John 20, 22. And here we see something interesting because when God created Adam, he created Adam by breathing into his nostrils the breath of life. Here we see Jesus doing the same thing in John 20, 22. We are kind of beginning in the middle of a sentence here, but it says, And when he had said this, he did what? He breathed on them and said, Receive the Holy Spirit. God breeded on Adam, and I don't know if he said that, but he kind of said, Receive my spirit, receive my life. Here Jesus is talking to his disciples after the resurrection, after the atonement of sin, everything was ready for them to become new creations, and he says, Receive the spirit, receive my life, receive the new birth, and something changed inside of them. But you know, the interesting is that most Christians they stop here. Many Christians, I mean not so maybe I shouldn't say most Christians, but many Christians, they stop here, they get born again, they get a new creation, and they say, Amen, hallelujah, this is good, let us stay here. But you know, God didn't stop there. Because in John 20, Jesus said, Receive the Holy Spirit. But if you have our Bible and you just flip one page, some some maybe two pages, suddenly you come to Acts 1. That shouldn't be a big surprise, but then you come to Acts chapter 1, and what does Jesus say in Acts 1? There he tells the disciples, wait in Jerusalem until you have been baptized in the Holy Spirit. So you wonder, like, what is going on here? In in John 20, you say, uh, receive the Holy Spirit, and now suddenly you say, wait till you receive the Holy Spirit. Did they have the Holy Spirit or did they not have the Holy Spirit? You know, in the Old Testament, the temple is kind of like a metaphor of us humans. The temple in the Old Testament, it had an outer court. In the outer court, anyone could come, even Gentiles could come into the outer court of the temple. But that temple also had something it called the inner court, and the inner court that was not for Gentiles. I mean, that was a little bit more holy, if you want. Little bit more, so there was some kind of cleansing rituals you needed to do to get into the inner court. But then where God really dwelled in the temple, it was not in the outer court. It was not in the inner court. Where did God really dwell in the temple? In the Holy of Holies. That's where he had his, that was his home. And the Holy of Holies, that was not for anyone. I mean, the high priest could go in once a year, and when he went in, he had to go through a long purification. Yes, that's right. He had need to have these bells around, you know, uh his cloak, and they need to have a rope against them, because the holy of holies that was so holy that if the high priest was not holy enough, he might die in there. And then the problem is who's going to volunteer to go in and get him out? Probably no one. So they need to pull him out by the rope to get him out. So if they hear the bell stop ringing, then they knew, oops, he was not holy enough, and they had to pull him out. The holy of holies, that was where God lived. And in some kind of way, that's an image of us. We as human beings, we have an outer court. What is our outer court? Our flesh, our body. You can see it. Anyone can see it. But we also have an inner court, our soul. Not anyone gets into your soul. Maybe you have close friends that you share some of the things that you go through. But but but that's not for everyone. That's kind of your inner court. But then you have something that is more sacred than even the inner court, the very place where God seeks to dwell, where he seeks to have his home. But you know, God's plan was never. Uh we can read reminder three before I go on. Reminder three, it says that in the Old Testament, the temple had an outer court, an inner court, and a holy of holies. In the same way, man is made of body, soul, and spirit with the spirit as the inner sanctuary where God dwells. God's ultimate dream was never to live in temples made by hands. That that was never God's, I mean, that was like a permanent solution, kind of like a temporary solution, just to paint a picture of something bigger. I mean, the things in the Old Testament, the sacrifice, the temple, all of these things, they they were kind of shadows of things to come. So God's dream was never to live in a temple made by hands. And Acts 7, Peter says that. However, the Most High does not dwell in temples made with hands. As the prophet says, Heaven is my throne and earth is my footstool. What house will you build for me, says the Lord. Where God really wanted to dwell was in the inner sanctuary of our hearts. That's where he really wanted to dwell. But God is holy, and God cannot dwell in a sanctuary that is not holy. But when man sinned, man spread from Adam to all generations after him. So there was no part of man, body, soul, of spirit, everything was contaminated with sin. So there was no place where God could be at home. He wanted to live in the inner sanctuary of our hearts, of our spirit, but sin had contaminated the whole human race. But when Jesus came, he dealt with sin, the cause, and suddenly he made it possible for us to be born again. Now suddenly I get a new spirit, not contaminated with sin, not contaminated with the faults of Adam. Holy, blameless, a place where God could feel at home. And that was the temple he really desired. You are the temple that he really desires. Isn't that amazing? God looks at you and He doesn't just see your outer court. God looks at you and He sees right through the outer court, right through the inner court, and He looks right into the spirit and He sees, Wow, there is a place that I can call home. That's what He wanted. Reminder number two four. God's ultimate desire was never to dwell in temples made by human hands, but to make His to make man his living temple. In the Old Testament, His presence dwelled in the Holy of Holies. Through the new birth, the believer's spirit became a permanent, uh become a holy dwelling place for him. You know why did God say to the disciples in John 20, receive the Holy Spirit? And then in Acts 1, he says, wait until you receive the Holy Spirit. I kind of imagine it like this. You know, when he said receive the Holy Spirit, I believe they got born again. Their spirit became a suitable dwelling place. But you know, God didn't just want to have a temple available. I mean, you know, you can have houses or cottages in the mountains where you don't really dwell, you just you kind of just visit them once in a while. God didn't want just a cottage, He wanted a house. So when Jesus looked at the disciples and said, Receive the Holy Spirit, I believe they got born again. And now their spirit was ready. But you know, God wanted to fill that temple. God didn't want just that temple to be there, he wanted to come with his glory. In 1 Kings, we can read how God came with his glory. The temple was ready. What happened when the temple was ready and the worship started to happen? Now suddenly the glory of God, the Shekinah glory of God, started to fill the temple. And even the priests were not able to stand in the presence of God. That's why you know sometimes people fall when you pray for them. It's not because there's something wrong with the floor or because they haven't drank enough water. You know, sometimes when you get into the presence of God, the glory of God can come. And it was like the priests, they were not able to stand anymore because the glory of God was there. Yes, in John 20, the temple was ready, they were born again. Now Jesus said, Okay, now wait, because very soon the Holy Spirit will come, and he's not just going to come and visit, he is going to come and live inside of you. John used the term baptized. For those of you who have gone through the baptism teaching, you know that the word baptize means to be completely soaked under. I use this example, I've seen in uh dictionary that the word baptist baptized was used when they were coloring clothes. And when the piece of cloth was completely saturated, then they would say, Now that cloth has been baptized. God, He He He wanted us to have a spirit that was born again, but He wanted to take us and He wanted to dip us into the Holy Spirit. That is basically what it means when we say baptized in the Holy Spirit, it means to be dipped under until fully saturated, until his color becomes your color, his character becomes your character, his way of thinking becomes your way of thinking. Suddenly people start to see Jesus in you. Why? Because his character starts to affect your character, so your character changes more and more to be like his character character. And what happens? People start to see Jesus in you. People look at you and go, ah, that's what Jesus is like. Very often we tell people, ah, don't look at me, look at Jesus. That's very easy. I mean, how many here have seen Jesus? I mean, there are some people who have seen Jesus in visions, and that can happen, but I think most of us here we have to agree, we haven't seen Jesus physically. Then don't expect the world to see Jesus. The only Jesus they will see is you. That's why we need to be filled with his life, his breath of life. We need to be saturated with him so that his character starts to become visible in how we live. That's the fruit of the spirit. Love, peace, joy, goodness, meekness, all of those things, they are that they are a description of what God is like. And God wants to put his spirit inside of you so that his spirit from inside of you starts to change your behavior, start to change your thinking. Religion starts on the outside. Religion puts law almost like a stray jacket. You know the stray jacket that they put on criminals to so they don't hit you. Religion is kind of like a stray jacket being pulled upon you. Don't do that, don't do that, do this, don't do that, do this. But it never works. The story with the cats, you know, the dog, you know, unless the nature changes, you are going to be fighting and you you try to contain yourself and you try to be better, but nothing works. Why? Because you need new life. You need the Holy Spirit to be breathed into your spirit, be changed from the inside out. Not only with being born again, but there is something more. There is a new birth. Acts 1, 4 to 5. We can read it. He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Father, which he said, You have heard from me. John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now. We can get Luke 24, 20, 49 also up on the on the wall. Jesus called this being endued with power from on high. You know, we often think that the disciples that they were so effective because they had been walking with Jesus. I mean, that would be amazing. You know, I mean, if talk about an amazing Bible school being able to walk with Jesus for three, three and a half years or three years, I mean that would be amazing. But if you come to Acts chapter one, what was the status of these people who had walked with the Messiah himself after three years? What were the status of them? They were not a heroic bunch of people ready to change the world. They were hiding, hiding in the upper room behind closed doors. They were afraid, they were scared, they had had the best teaching in the world, and yet the teaching hadn't transformed them more than they were a scared bunch of people hiding in the upper room. But something happened when the breath of life came. Something happened when the Holy Spirit came and filled the temple. Now, suddenly, Peter, who was so afraid that he didn't dare to confess Jesus, not even for a little girl, suddenly he stands up in front of the same crowd that just earlier had crucified Jesus. And he goes, You crucify the Messiah, you nailed him to the cross. I mean, these were the very people who had crucified Jesus, and I'm pretty sure they were capable of crucifying Peter too. But suddenly the fear was gone. Why? Because glory had filled the temple. The breath of life had been breathed into them, they had been become a living temple for the Holy Spirit. And they were not only a temple now, now they were a temple where the glory of God had descended, and God was dwelling inside of them, and that changes your human nature. I remember when I got baptized in the Holy Spirit, I used to be super shy, didn't want to talk to anyone. Suddenly I got baptized in the Holy Spirit, and you know, I just had to share the gospel with someone. So I just had, you know, I had to take the Bible with me to school, even though nobody else in my school were reading the Bible. I I just I became hungry for more of God. I need to, you know, I even went and wrote on the blackboards, you know, like uh different things. And of course, the teachers, after some time, say well, Ronald, can you go and wipe out what you wrote on, you know, okay, you found out. Because when you get baptized in the Holy Spirit, something changes. Yes, you can be born again, yes, but there is a second experience that Remy talked about last time, where we see again and again in the in the book of Acts how they can be saved, but there was a second blessing. And you know what really changed the first disciples was Acts chapter 2. That was what turned a scared crowd of people into revolutionary heroes that change the whole world. And the same thing can happen to us today if we allow the Spirit of God to fill the temple, us, that his glory can descend upon us. The worship team can get up and get ready. What is the purpose of the baptism and the Holy Spirit? And this is kind of where I want to end, because I know that next Sunday we are getting to Pentecost, so this is where I want to end. What is the purpose of the baptism of the Holy Spirit? Well, Jesus tells it, he says in Acts 1 8, you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in Judea, in Samaria, and to the end of the world. The purpose was power. Power to do what? Power to speak in tongues? No, I believe in speaking in tongues, I enjoy speaking in tongues, I speak in tongues every single day. But the purpose was power. Power to do what? Power to become a witness. You know, I cannot be a witness of Jesus unless there is something in me that resembles Jesus. Amen. I mean, I cannot show Jesus to the world if none of the things Jesus did doesn't happen in my life. But I know I'm not able to heal the sick, I cannot heal a fly. But there lives somebody inside of me who can heal the sick. The demons are not afraid of me. You know, when the sons of Siva, when they were trying to confront the demons, and they say, By the Paul, by the Jesus, Paul preached, we command you. The demons' response were, Paul, we know, Jesus, we know. Who are you? The difference is the baptism and the Holy Spirit. That's what makes the difference in the first. That's what turned a little group of scared people to revolutionary heroes that changed the whole Roman Empire. Yes, it I believe in speaking in tongues, and actually, I have a quote, kind of interesting quote. We can get up on the wall. Many people think that speaking in tongues is being like kind of ecstatic and being, you know, then you lose control, and for some, it's all then like you are not completely mentally stable. Well, I read something very interesting, and this is not this is actually from the New York Times. That's not a good place to have your Bible study, but uh, I actually here they had wrote something very interesting because they had an article called uh Neuroscientific Look at Speaking in Tongu, published in November the 7th, 2006. And it says, contrary to what many may common, uh contrary to what may be common perception, studies suggest that people who speak in tongues rarely suffer from mental problems. Isn't that interesting? This is not the Bible, this is New York Times. This is people who have done a study, a neuroscientific study at speaking in tongues, and it says, a recent study of nearly 1,000 evangelical Christians in England found that those who engaged in the practice were more emotionally stable than those who did not. Something happens when we get baptized in the Holy Spirit, and even though this study was about speaking in tongues, I don't think the secret here was speaking in tongues, the secret was who had filled them, and if you get the life of God inside of you, you rarely suffer from mental illness. Can we agree on that, amen? When you get the life of God inside of you, yes, you will go through hard times, but those hard times will not break you because you have a life inside of you that is stronger than the powers outside of you. You have swear inside of you, the God kind of life. So when the devil is roaring around you, you can be perfectly at peace. When the devil is roaring in your body, your spirit can be at peace. When bills are piling up, and your soul is in turmoil, there is a part inside of you that can be perfectly at peace. Why? Because God lives there, He dwells there, and He wants His life to penetrate even to your soul, to bring peace to your soul, to penetrate even to your body, to bring healing to your body. But it all starts with the breath of God being breathed into you, and when that happens, change happens inside of you. And let me just end with that. It's you know, very often we categorize the gifts of the spirit. So you have healing, you have prophecy, you have signs and wonders, you have miracles, and we kind of all have these different sections, but you know, it's not tongues really that is the gift, it is not prophecy that is the gift, it is not science and wonder that is the gift. What is the gift? The Holy Spirit is the gift, and the Holy Spirit He brings with him a variety of gifts and expressions. So sometimes that comes out as prophecy, another time that comes out as science and wonders, another time that comes out at words of knowledge, wisdom, but it's all the same spirit, and it's all contained in the same gift that God wants to breathe into you. The Holy Spirit is here in this place, and I believe He wants to touch you today. Maybe you have been baptized with the Holy Spirit, maybe you haven't. Maybe you have and you just want more of him. That's okay. In Acts 2, we see that the Baptist uh the Holy Spirit fell in Acts 4. It says that they were filled again. And they were filled again. And they were filled again. And they were filled again. Why do we need to be filled again? Because we are leaking. We have a body, we have a soul that you know it kind of tends, you know. So we need to be filled constantly, filled with the Holy Spirit. Filled. And it's good that it's leaking. You know why? Because then it can leak out to the world around us. And that they can experience the glory because of what's happening inside of us. Amen. Can we stand up?
