When Lyman Sleeper founded his mortuary in 1886 it became a staple in the commuity of Iola Kansas for more than 100 years. Wakes, funerals, embalming accompanied grieving families and celebrations of life in this historic building. Today it's a paranormal investigation hot spot thanks to owner Tory Westhoff, who shares the history of the building and the suspected hauntings on both floors of this iconic building.
