"To build our future we need to know our past", sier Ida Evita De Leon, ildsjelen bak "Black history month Norway".
BHM Norway er opptatt av å skape stolthet over POC identiteter gjennom historie. Selve uka skjedde i oktober 2019 og det var stappfullt! Men frykt ikke - det skjer igjen neste år!
Ida og jeg snakker blant annet om cognitive dissonanse, black entreprenører, POCs i norsk arbeidsliv, og 90's kids versus millienials i kampen for likestilling.
