Turning pain into purpose, with author & human rights advocate, Fleur Pierets

My guest this week is Fleur Pierets. In 2017, Fleur & her fiancee Julian launched 22 The Project, in which the couple planned to get married in every country that legalised same-sex marriage. Following the untimely death of her wife in 2018, after only 4 marriages, Fleur turned to writing & wrote her debut memoir ‘Julian’ whilst advocating for human rights.

The alchemy of transforming pain into purpose and loss into learning is not a science; it's an art—one that Fleur Pierets has mastered with grace and fortitude. It is a poignant reminder that even when life unravels, we can weave the threads back together into a tapestry of our own design—a testament to love, loss, and the enduring power of the human spirit.
