This week's guest is Mona Usher, founder of Samara Cuisine; a Lebanese wedding catering business. She brings the cooking and culture from her homeland, where she grew up in war-torn Beirut. Mona shares her love for Lebanon which has been so battered over the years; not least most recently with the devastating impact of the harbour explosion.
