From Lad's Mags to Championing Women with Journalist & Standard Issue co-host Mickey Noonan

This week's guest is Mickey Noonan, who once notoriously shoved an apple pip up her nose to see what happened. Older, wiser, but sadly without a nose-tree, she remains curious about the world, which is why she became a journalist and is now in the hosting trio of the hugely successful Standard Issue podcast.

Host & artist, Lou Hamilton chatted with Mickey as they discussed her years in the world of lads' mags, being a sexpert, becoming a feminist, starting a magazine, and morphing that magazine into a podcast in order to give a platform for women by women, about everything (almost everything).
