A Fork In Time: The Alternate History Podcast
Explore the realm of alternate histories as we explore the "what ifs" that can flow from history's most pivotal moments. Each episode will focus on a specific moment in time--the fork--where history could have taken a different path. A Fork In Time encourages contributions and participation by our community of listeners who have become an integral and vital part of the show.
This feed is also the home of our companion show, The Room Where It Happened, featuring the team looking at significant historical events without the alternative prespective.

However, on May 1, 1884, Moses Fleetwood Walker became the first black man to play in a Major League game before baseball became segregated for the next 63 years. What might have been different if the American Pastime had not become segregated and other African-Americans had followed Walker?
