Recognized as a leading authority on sustainable livelihoods enterprise eco-system building. Has been a knowledge Consultant building new forms of institutions, projects, initiatives, and ideas in the social sector for over 2 decades with several prestigious clients in India and abroad.
Has trained enterprise leaders through innovative management courses and has designed and delivered training programs for a cross-section of society, has designed policies, programs, processes, and systems for government departments and institutions. Has authored individually and together 4 books, his articles have been published in several magazines in English and Tamil.
