Luke 24:44-53 In the closing of the Gospel of Luke, Jesus offers a farewell to the disciples before ascending into heaven. At the time, the disciples may have found it hard to understand why He returned to heaven. We may also question it. Jesus returned to heaven to not only be our advocate, but ti work on new ways to do new things in us and around us.
