He is focused on patient safety with his attention on better sterile barrier containment systems to deliver devices safe and sterile to the point of care with the aim of improving patient outcomes. Pieter has held multiple leadership roles in both the United States and Europe, acquiring different international cultural skills. These skills include lead Design, Development Management, and Innovation Management to name a few, working closely with global leading Medical Device companies. Pieter is experienced in using the power of collaboration and innovative thinking to meet the ambitions of both internal and external customers and he creates a positive atmosphere with an enthusiastic and disciplined project approach built on trust and strength. Pieter is a member of the KiiP (Kilmer innovation in packaging) for both the Sustainability and Education Group.
