- The year was 1964 and at the age of 12 revenge killer Hadden Clark killed his first victim. He drowned a boy at the Woods School, a school for special needs children.
- The school thought it was an accident but young serial killer Hadden said if they had done an autopsy they would have found chlorine in the boys lungs from the pool. Hadden had moved the body to a septic tank and made it look like an accident.
- FBI profilers have said that Serial Killers love fire and this Murder Phone podcast episode shows that Clark fits this description.
- In a letter to Tony Ciaglia, Hadden admits to burning down a historical landmark The Ocean View Hotel on Block Island. Hadden was only 14 years old on July 6th, 1966 when he decided to burn down the famous hotel.
- Over the years of communication with Tony, Hadden has described his love of fires and talked of many instances where he set fires just so he could sit and watch the flames burn out of control.
