After ignoring the topic of mental health for a long time, maybe we’re finally ready to admit that it’s not working for us—our minds are not as healthy as they could be! Maybe it also explains the lack of true life-transformation for Christians, since the Bible claims transformation starts with a “renewal” of the mind. This week we’ll begin by exploring our mindset as the starting place for both health and transformation.
