‘Your wellbeing is not an afterthought’

 About Gifty

Gifty Enright is an author and international speaker on corporate and women’s issues. Joanna Lumley OBE described her latest book, Octopus on a Treadmill, Women, Success, Health, Happiness, as:

‘’encapsulating the timeless truth that what a woman puts into her body, mind and spirit can weigh her down or buoy her up to live a better, stronger, healthier and happier life.

Every working mother needs to read this book, if for nothing else, to know that you are not alone and to have a good laugh, as it is hilarious in parts. I wish I had this book when I was starting out. This book is a celebration of all women.’’
