 About Gifty

 Background

Gifty Enright, like so many modern women, leads a busy hectic life. Alongside her work as an author and public speaker, she is the Managing Director of a successful sports events company, and also provides IT consulting services on major transformation programmes to multi-national companies. She is married with two children and lives in Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.  

Gifty trained originally as an accountant and worked in a variety of blue-chip companies before crossing over into IT consultancy. She has implemented business and IT transformation programmes globally in the UK, Ireland, America, Japan and Kuala Lumpur. 

On this episode of My Perfect Failure (‘Your wellbeing is not an afterthought’) Gifty explains how she learnt her wellbeing is not an afterthought after she found herself outside Harley street clinic the victim of juggling a hectic corporate career as well as being a full time mum and wife for years.  Gifty had 14 symptoms as her body was shutting down.  Gifty explains how she used this moment to change her life on every level.  Gifty focussed on better work-life balance, diet and exercise.  Gifty realised through her journey she could help other busy mothers and she authored her first novel “Octopus on a Treadmill”.  On this episode some of the areas we cover.
