Is your job a dream job or a dead job? A dream job is one that you enjoy doing. It motivates you and encourages your creativity to produce your best quality of work. On the other hand, the dead job is one that drains you on a variety of levels. Emotionally, physically, and even spiritually. The dead job feels like a dead end that leads us to a place we have no interest in going.
In this show Hutch and Kyle challenge our Strong Dads to assess how they are viewing their current job situation. If you are in your dream job, what makes it your dream job? Learn to acknowledge this and work to protect the aspects that make your job a dream. On the other hand, if you recognize your job to be a burden to your quality of life, then follow along to see what you can do to address this problem.
As a Strong Dad, we do not accept the idea of allowing ourselves to be a victim of our circumstances. We are to work towards victory by taking control of the things available to us and make the necessary changes.
