Changing your life is hard. We often make references to changing parts of our life and all too often find out that we fall back into our old ways. Change takes way more than having the thought. It takes work!
Acceleration is the change in speed or direction of an object. In order for that to happen, the object must be acted upon by an outer force. Newton’s First Law - An object in motion will stay in motion and an object at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by an outer force.
Change in our life is the same way - It takes an outer force that applies the push, pull, or pressure necessary to change the direction of our lives.
Sensational Emotional Event - S.E.E - This is often a triggering event that comes with such strong emotion that it grabs our attention unlike anything else. It becomes a true point of change opportunity in a person’s life. Could be a negative or positive event
