What is fasting:
Simply put, it means you stop eating completely, or almost completely,
for a certain stretch of time. A fast usually lasts from 12 to 24 hours, but
some types continue for days at a time.
Not watching certain shows or the eating of certain foods is abstaining,
Not eating food is fasting.
Fasting
1) Is training your flesh in self-discipline
2) Prioritizes spiritual hunger over natural hunger
3) Builds up spiritual power & authority
