And I just always learn"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":149.64,"endTime":151.8,"body":"from this person. So I knew my"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":151.8,"endTime":154.65,"body":"audience would have the same"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":151.8,"endTime":154.65,"body":"understanding of how great they"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":154.65,"endTime":156.39,"body":"are. And really what they kind"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":154.65,"endTime":156.39,"body":"of bring to the table. The thing"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":156.39,"endTime":159.21,"body":"is my reach out this individual"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":156.39,"endTime":159.21,"body":"they told me I they said Alex,"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":159.21,"endTime":161.94,"body":"I'd never done a podcast episode"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":159.21,"endTime":161.94,"body":"before. So for me, I was like,"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":161.94,"endTime":163.89,"body":"Alright, well, let's figure out"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":161.94,"endTime":163.89,"body":"how to do this without all the"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":163.89,"endTime":165.75,"body":"tech because you don't have a"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":163.89,"endTime":165.75,"body":"mic or anything. The problem"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":165.75,"endTime":168.51,"body":"was, when we actually got to the"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":165.75,"endTime":168.51,"body":"conversation, our pre"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":168.51,"endTime":171.81,"body":"conversation was great. When we"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":168.51,"endTime":171.81,"body":"hit the record button, he froze"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":171.81,"endTime":173.76,"body":"up. It's like he had never been"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":171.81,"endTime":173.76,"body":"on a stage before. Apparently he"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":173.76,"endTime":176.28,"body":"was better on a stage and behind"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":173.76,"endTime":176.28,"body":"a mic for some reason, which is"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":176.28,"endTime":179.16,"body":"something I now know is quite"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":176.28,"endTime":179.16,"body":"common. But he really didn't"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":179.16,"endTime":181.83,"body":"know what to say. So I had to"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":179.16,"endTime":181.83,"body":"shift from my normal way of"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":181.83,"endTime":184.14,"body":"doing a podcast interview, what"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":181.83,"endTime":184.14,"body":"I usually do is just run through"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":184.14,"endTime":186.57,"body":"the content, do very minimal"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":184.14,"endTime":186.57,"body":"edited edits, but it's with"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":186.57,"endTime":188.31,"body":"people that are very"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":186.57,"endTime":188.31,"body":"experienced. So this guy, I"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":188.31,"endTime":190.95,"body":"realized I had to change things."},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":188.31,"endTime":190.95,"body":"So what I decided to do is slow"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":190.95,"endTime":193.17,"body":"down a little bit. So I told"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":190.95,"endTime":193.17,"body":"him, Hey, let me ask you that"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":193.17,"endTime":195.75,"body":"question again. But forget that"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":193.17,"endTime":195.75,"body":"I'm recording actually, we're"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":195.75,"endTime":197.52,"body":"not gonna really do an"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":195.75,"endTime":197.52,"body":"interview, we're just gonna have"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":197.52,"endTime":199.8,"body":"a conversation and I'll just be"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":197.52,"endTime":199.8,"body":"recording the background if it's"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":199.8,"endTime":202.35,"body":"good. I'll share it with some"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":199.8,"endTime":202.35,"body":"people. And by telling him that"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":202.35,"endTime":204.51,"body":"I really calmed him down a lot."},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":202.35,"endTime":204.51,"body":"And I Bri asked him some"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":204.51,"endTime":206.55,"body":"questions, even asked him to"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":204.51,"endTime":206.55,"body":"elaborate on something like Hey,"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":206.55,"endTime":208.89,"body":"what did you mean by that? It"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":206.55,"endTime":208.89,"body":"was kind of short. And I got it"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":208.89,"endTime":211.29,"body":"to be a really comfortable"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":208.89,"endTime":211.29,"body":"conversation ended up recording"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":211.29,"endTime":213.87,"body":"longer than I normally record"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":211.29,"endTime":213.87,"body":"but when I broke it down during"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":213.87,"endTime":216.51,"body":"editing, I built a really great"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":213.87,"endTime":216.51,"body":"episode that here I am. More"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":216.51,"endTime":219.09,"body":"than a year later, people in my"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":216.51,"endTime":219.09,"body":"audience are still talking about"},{"speaker":"Alex","startTime":219.09,"endTime":221.43,"body":"and still listening to.
