Well, so is"},{"speaker":"Gordon","startTime":115.5,"endTime":118.32,"body":"the copyright clause of the"},{"speaker":"Gordon","startTime":115.5,"endTime":118.32,"body":"constitution that gives Congress"},{"speaker":"Gordon","startTime":118.32,"endTime":121.86,"body":"the power to make a copyright"},{"speaker":"Gordon","startTime":118.32,"endTime":121.86,"body":"law.
