So the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":129.57,"endTime":132.09,"body":"guests can introduce themselves,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":132.09,"endTime":134.34,"body":"they can talk about what's"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":132.09,"endTime":134.34,"body":"important to them. And"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":134.34,"endTime":137.34,"body":"oftentimes, it provides a nice"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":134.34,"endTime":137.34,"body":"little setup to flow organically"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":137.34,"endTime":139.83,"body":"in a conversation where a lot of"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":137.34,"endTime":139.83,"body":"your questions can just sort of"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":139.83,"endTime":142.35,"body":"be seamlessly placed. The other"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":139.83,"endTime":142.35,"body":"thing that I really like about"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":142.35,"endTime":145.92,"body":"this question is that oftentimes"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":142.35,"endTime":145.92,"body":"with your guests sharing about"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":145.92,"endTime":148.62,"body":"where they started, your"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":145.92,"endTime":148.62,"body":"listener can see themselves in"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":148.62,"endTime":152.07,"body":"your guest story. And oftentimes"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":148.62,"endTime":152.07,"body":"that helps them see the guest as"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":152.07,"endTime":153.93,"body":"someone that's accessible"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":152.07,"endTime":153.93,"body":"someone that's relatable and"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":153.93,"endTime":156.6,"body":"they're much more open to"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":153.93,"endTime":156.6,"body":"receiving from your podcast"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":156.6,"endTime":161.91,"body":"guest. But it can also be really"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":194.46,"endTime":197.16,"body":"isolating and shaming. And so if"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":197.16,"endTime":199.98,"body":"your guests can tell a story"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":197.16,"endTime":199.98,"body":"about when they failed, it helps"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":199.98,"endTime":203.46,"body":"your listener know like, okay,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":199.98,"endTime":203.46,"body":"when I fail, I'm not alone, it"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":203.46,"endTime":205.71,"body":"happens to everyone, this person"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":203.46,"endTime":205.71,"body":"that has achieved so much"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":205.71,"endTime":208.32,"body":"success has also failed. Okay,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":205.71,"endTime":208.32,"body":"so this is just a part of the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":208.32,"endTime":211.41,"body":"journey and it can help your"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":208.32,"endTime":211.41,"body":"listener feel not so alone, but"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":211.41,"endTime":213.69,"body":"also pretty comforted that"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":211.41,"endTime":213.69,"body":"they're in good company. The"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":213.69,"endTime":216.66,"body":"other thing about this question,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":213.69,"endTime":216.66,"body":"the How did they overcome it"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":216.66,"endTime":219.57,"body":"part is really helpful too,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":216.66,"endTime":219.57,"body":"because if your listener finds"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":219.57,"endTime":222.69,"body":"himself in a similar place as"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":219.57,"endTime":222.69,"body":"the guest shares, they are given"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":222.69,"endTime":225.81,"body":"this automatic insight into how"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":222.69,"endTime":225.81,"body":"to overcome and recover from the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":225.81,"endTime":232.23,"body":"same mistake. Once again, high"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":225.81,"endTime":232.23,"body":"value nuggets. Question number"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":232.23,"endTime":235.14,"body":"four, what resources do you"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":232.23,"endTime":235.14,"body":"recommend? I love asking this"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":235.14,"endTime":237.93,"body":"question because hopefully this"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":235.14,"endTime":237.93,"body":"interview has been amazing that"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":237.93,"endTime":241.05,"body":"my audience, my listeners have"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":237.93,"endTime":241.05,"body":"loved it and love my guest. And"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":241.05,"endTime":243.66,"body":"so when they recommend a book or"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":241.05,"endTime":243.66,"body":"a podcast, or something that's"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":243.66,"endTime":246.75,"body":"influenced them and help them"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":243.66,"endTime":246.75,"body":"become successful, amazing,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":246.75,"endTime":250.08,"body":"insightful, the audience will"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":246.75,"endTime":250.08,"body":"get excited and go, Oh, this has"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":250.08,"endTime":252.69,"body":"contributed to that mindset. How"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":250.08,"endTime":252.69,"body":"do I get more and go look at"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":252.69,"endTime":255.54,"body":"those resources and"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":252.69,"endTime":255.54,"body":"recommendations. So again,"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":255.57,"endTime":259.59,"body":"adding value to the audience and"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":255.57,"endTime":259.59,"body":"to the listeners beyond just the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":259.59,"endTime":260.07,"body":"interview."},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":262.47,"endTime":265.26,"body":"And Question number five, which"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":262.47,"endTime":265.26,"body":"isn't quite a structured"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":265.26,"endTime":267.33,"body":"question, but it's the art of"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":265.26,"endTime":267.33,"body":"the follow up. So here's a"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":267.33,"endTime":269.25,"body":"little pro tip, and this is why"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":267.33,"endTime":269.25,"body":"it's important to stay in the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":269.25,"endTime":273.03,"body":"moment. Oftentimes, some of the"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":269.25,"endTime":273.03,"body":"best follow up questions come at"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":273.03,"endTime":276.69,"body":"the tail end of your guests"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":273.03,"endTime":276.69,"body":"response. So questions like why"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":276.72,"endTime":280.5,"body":"tell me more what happened next"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":276.72,"endTime":280.5,"body":"are really great ways to dig for"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":280.5,"endTime":283.83,"body":"more than surface level answers."},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":280.5,"endTime":283.83,"body":"One of my favorite ways of doing"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":283.83,"endTime":287.19,"body":"this is mirroring and mirroring"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":283.83,"endTime":287.19,"body":"is simply repeating what your"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":287.19,"endTime":291.24,"body":"guest said, but as a question."},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":287.19,"endTime":291.24,"body":"So for example, you followed him"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":291.24,"endTime":294.54,"body":"to the basement, what made you"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":291.24,"endTime":294.54,"body":"do that it's a great way to dig"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":294.54,"endTime":297.54,"body":"beyond and get more of your"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":294.54,"endTime":297.54,"body":"guests perspective, their"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":297.54,"endTime":300.21,"body":"reasoning, their rationale, and"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":297.54,"endTime":300.21,"body":"obviously if you're out asking"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":300.21,"endTime":302.88,"body":"that question, your audience is"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":300.21,"endTime":302.88,"body":"probably also asking that"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":302.88,"endTime":304.92,"body":"question. So again, providing"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":302.88,"endTime":304.92,"body":"that value and kind of"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":304.92,"endTime":308.04,"body":"anticipating what would people"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":304.92,"endTime":308.04,"body":"want to know. And so mirroring"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":308.04,"endTime":310.08,"body":"is a really great way to do"},{"speaker":"Gilon","startTime":308.04,"endTime":310.08,"body":"that.
