A Career in Real Estate can be amazingly fulfilling and financially rewarding too, but the real estate industry as a whole pushes agents into having a job, not building a business. So, in the video we discuss what real estate agent do and what they should be doing to see real growth fast! Real Estate agent careers should have much bigger goals than are presented by most brokerages or fellow agents. Real Estate agents should have a goal to build a business that they run, not a job that runs them. This is THE MOST important lesson real estate agents should learn. Otherwise, after 5 or 10 years of working really hard, they will just have a well paying job. When they could have a business that thrives even when they aren't there doing the work over that same timeframe. This is so rewarding to invest in others, not just your own financial outcome, but impacting many others lives too. And your personal life will also see the benefits of leverage by giving agents back their time to spend with those they love.
