The news coming from many sources is NOT completely accurate. The number of homes that are selling, and the time it takes to sell homes in Dallas in December of 2022 is 100% back to pre pandemic levels, but the PRICES are Still 55% higher than 2019 Levels and are holding level for the past 3 months! So, if you waiting on the prices to drop you may be waiting for something that will never happen. We'll discuss the latest trends in the Dallas housing market.
