Bartees and Donna Cox’s relationship began when they met in high school in Charlotte, North Carolina. They’ve been married for 36 years. Donna and Bartees’ relationship’s mantra is summed up in one word, commitment.
They base their future together on God’s love for them and sustain a relationship that takes perseverance with genuine effort, one day at a time. Together they’ve withstood a lot and have always found a way to work through challenges and come out stronger through God’s favor and guidance.
Bartees is an Insurance Examiner. He is part of a team that provides oversight for the National Flood Insurance Program. Bartees is also a retired Air Force veteran with 20 years of service.
Dr. Donna Mitchell-Cox grew up singing in the church. She is a Classical Singer, Actress, and Educator that teaches students from elementary to singers pursuing terminal degrees and aspiring vocalist of varying genres
