In this episode of Women Governance Trailblazers, we talk with Jen Sisson.  Jen is the CEO of the International Corporate Governance Network, otherwise known as ICGN. Led by investors responsible for assets worth over $US 90 trillion, ICGN advances the highest standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship worldwide in pursuit of long-term value creation. Jen represents ICGN on the Japanese Financial Services Agency’s Council of Experts and on the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators stakeholder working group.

Jen joined ICGN from Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she was Head of Stewardship for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, overseeing voting, engagement, and industry collaboration activities in the region. Previously she led policy outreach for the UK Financial Reporting Council, on ESG, audit and reporting matters including the creation of the 2020 UK Stewardship Code and the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code. Jen started her career at PwC.

Jen holds a BA in Business, Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
