We discuss comments from another listener about Eternal Life. It is possible traditions of men and false ideas enter into our understandings from time to time. They then become doctrine. Only the scriptures contain the Word and they must agree with each other when it comes to our understanding. Nowhere is this more important than the topic of eternal life. The Book of Mormon was given to us to contain the plain and precious truths that were missing for generations and caused men to stumble. Do we now stumble again due to leaving the plain and precious truth? We can never place men higher in our esteem and trust then we do our Creator. The only one without sin.
