Coaches Matt and Sabrena dive into the science of what it actually takes to bulk up from lifting weights. I'm going to let you in on a little secret: It's REALLY hard to get bulky from strength training. Chances are compound strength movements aren't the culprit.
Do you want to get bulky? That's cool too. Just know that you have a long road ahead with lots of full plates, great sleep, and little booze.
