We take a look at some recent reports coming out of The Biggest Loser and other extreme weight loss challenges and shows to find out that rapid weight loss actually leads to a decreased resting metabolic rate ongoing. Of course we take a more measured approach weight loss and health in general. Oh, and we also make up a fictitious cave-family.
