Specifically, we hit on the fact that most people feel nervous when starting something new. It's newness that makes it uncomfortable, not necessarily your age or out-of-shape-ness.
The majority of this episode is spent talking about habit - small, incremental, sustainable change. We share the story of a couple people who dropped 4% body fat by making very minuscule changes in their diet for 9-10 weeks.
